chapter 3 why does this keep happening to us?

on a dark and stormy day the cat monster luna comes back for dramatic effect. emerging from the atlantic ocean she meows at a very high pitch. this time the army is ready, pulling up one of the biggest tanks luna has ever seen a man yells "go back from which you came or there will be consequences." even though luna understood she wasn't about to take a orders from a human so she slapped the tank into the sea. "OH COME ON!" yelled the soldier. luna smirks as the soldier  yells. she then slaps the soldier into the water as well. crushing soldier after soldier she realizes somethings off.  luna looks around but can't find anything different, right as she turns her head to look back at the city something smacks her across the face with great power. the thing lands on the sidewalk beside her. "you have one minute to get yourself back into the water" the thing said as if luna would even think of listening, luna tries slapping the human into the water but before she can get close her paw starts to burn. "i don't think you would wanna touch me, see i am one of the few humans that can control the elements. my element is fire." luna was flabbergasted at the small humans words how could a small weak human control an element that easily. since luna knows whats good for her she starts going into the water looking at all the humans as she does. once she gets to chin deep in the water she spots a man with a strong glow to him, is that fire luna asks herself.  the man is wearing a button up suit with jeans and a trench coat his hair is a mess and his eyes are no were to be found. what how can he fight with out eyes he needs to see his target to beat them. it didn't  make sense to luna this man ... this monster is more powerful than luna could comprehend she decided to watch from afar and get more info before challenging him again.
