Wherefore art thou, Trollhunter?

Y/n's POV

I say "Oh, my..." then I hear Toby say "this is..." Jim says "yeah." Then Toby says "whoa." Then Jim says "pretty much." We all look around with curiosity but I keep my distance unsure how we will be welcomed to be their protectors as we walk down the stairs Jim chuckles as he says "this is your home?" Then Blinky says "Trollmarket is home and hearth and sanctuary for all good trolls." "This way, my friends. There is much to see." Then Toby fist bumps Jim as he says "dang! And here I thought the only thing underneath our town was dirt and plumbing." Then I say "well I guess we should check twice before thinking on what a place has inside Toby." Then we continue to follow Blinky through Trollmarket as he says "stay close. Human feet have never graced the ground of Trollmarket before." Then I say "that's why I'm keeping my distance and being wary of my surroundings." As Jim nods with what I said but I notice the look on his face says otherwise and I roll my eyes even though I'm curious as well as Jim and Toby. Then  a female troll says "human?" Then arrrggghhh says "Friends." As we continue to follow Blinky then Jim says "this is crazy! Are you getting this, tobes?" Then Toby pulls out his phone as he says "Oh, yeah. On it." But then I notice a lot of beautiful and useful things and my curiosity gets the better of me as I say "hmm I'm curious about what those are do you know Blinky?" Then Blinky says "I wouldn't get interested in those they explode when put together." Then Jim says "Hi!" To one of the trolls and he groans as they take pictures as I speak with a troll shopkeeper for potion ingredients as I speak Atlantian with them since they know the language and I pay them gold coins with socks in a large basket from my house I want to get rid of as the boys take pictures but then Toby names the crystals that are here in troll market as we walk around "check it out! Peridot, topaz, cassiterite!" Then he gasps as he says "Kornerupine!" As he touches and looks at a Trolls stomach the troll growls as Toby looks away and let's go of the trolls stomach and walks away back towards us I notice this but don't say a word as Blinky says "Your knowledge of minerals is almost troll-like, Tobias." Then Jim says "So, your kind, you all live here?" Then Blinky says "Trolls travel from afar to our market to find comfort and remedies." "You'll find most anything you need and sometimes you'll find what you never knew you needed." Then I tense and turn to the dark area and say "show your face and come to the light I wish to speak with you formally" as I pull an orb of light in my hand and I meet a yellow and black eyed troll he growls, I give him a laundry basket of socks I put in my enchanted bag and hand it to him, he takes it from me not nicely and I walk back to the group then I see red things whizz by one stops in front of Jim and I notice that it's a gnome and then I hear Jim say "Oh, hey, little guy! That's a cute pointy hat. And pointy teeth!" Then the gnome try's to jump at Jim backs away as I step in front of Jim and I get down on my knees the gnome stops being rude and I speak in his language and I say "please stop being rude we are here because we are the Trollhunters." Then the gnome says "fine I'll stop but only because your a goddess of beauty, young huntress." Then I offer to give him some food he kindly takes it and goes on his way as Blinky yells "get out of here! Vile vermin! Be gone!" Then I stand back up and Jim says "you speak different languages? Is that why you love that class so much?" Then I say "yeah if I learn more I can expand my knowledge of mythical creatures and speak to them." Then Jim says "what is that?" Then Blinky says "Gnomes are vermin." "Pickpockets, scum of the earth! We only tolerate them for their grooming services." Then Jim says "grooming?" Then Blinky says "they eat the parasites on the larger trolls." Then we hear gnomes scream as Toby says "Jim! Y/n! Check it out!" "Maximum coolosity there." I look to see Toby run towards it as Jim says "look at that. It's amazing!" Then arrrggghhh says "Heartstone." Then Blinky says "the life force of trollkind." "The means that keeps us from crumbling to stone and the source of light and sustenance." Then Toby says "Okay. That's totally the bomb." Then a male troll says "what are humans doing here?" We turn to see a group of trolls we hear them say "fleshbag!" "Puny!" Then Toby says "I think we've attracted the paparazzi." Then Blinky steps in front of us and says "friends, there is no need to be afraid." "They are the trollhu-" but then he is interrupted by the big blue troll I gave the laundry basket of socks to pushes through the crowd and walks over to us as he says "what is this?" Then Blinky says " I was just getting to that, Draal." As he walks up to me, Jim, and Toby I step next to Jim as Draal says "Human feet have never sullied the ground of Trollmarket before." As he steps right in front of us and gets in our faces I show no fear and back away and Jim backs away as Draal continues walking towards us I never take my eyes off him as he says "who are these fleshbags?" Then Blinky says "believe it or not, they are, um... how do I put this? Our new trollhunters." Every troll gathered around us gasps as Draal says "they can't be the Trollhunters. They are not trolls!" Draal smashes the ground where we stood but I rapidly grabbed Jim he yelps as I jumped back with Jim as I say "it can happen Draal even if you cannot see beyond your short-sighted mind" as arrrggghhh says "Amulets chose." I let go of the back of Jim's jacket and Draal growls as I say "don't make me think I misplaced my trust in you." As my eyes glow bright teal I pull out my magic made sword I created it turned from ice to metal and it was as long as a samurai sword i also enchanted it with electricity and poison as Draal roars as Blinky says "try to remain calm. Destiny is just-" then Toby interrupts Blinky and says "show him, Jimbo, and Y/n!" Then Jim and I pull out our amulets Jim says "For the power of Merlin-" Blinky says "glory" then he whispers "right. Sorry." Then he says, "For The Glory Of Merlin Daylight Is Mine To Command." Then the amulet transforms Jim then I hold out my amulet and I say, "For The Glory Of Merlin Moonlight Is Mine To Command!" And I transform into my armor and I hear some gnomes whimper and some cheer because i'm such beauty to them then Jim says, "pretty cool, right?" Then a female troll says, "humans? Protecting us?" Then a female troll faints and then Draal says "Bushigal!" Then he says "I am Draal, son of Kanjigar and my sister falaria daughter of Maria the Amulets rightful heirs!" Then Jim says "uh, your his son and your sister is the daughter of the last trollhunters?" Then I say "they're the children of the last trollhunters?" Then Toby gasps and says "yeah, I can see how this could be a problem." Then Draal says "when our father and mother fell, the honor should have passed to me and my sister." He lays his hands on our amulets and try's to take them but the amulets blast him away and push us into arrrggghhh as he says "amulets chose." Then Draal says "we'll see what vendel has to say about this." Then Blinky says "feel free to fetch him. In the meanwhile, lots of Trollhunter business to be done." "Draal, wonderful to see you as always." Draal growls then Jim and I chuckle as we head to a place that has the image of Jim's and my sword we enter it and Toby says "whoa! Wh— whoa!" Then our armor disappears and before the amulets could drop to the ground Jim and I caught them and I say "uh, what just happened?" Then Blinky says, "The amulet responded to your unconscious command, Master Jim and Mistress Y/n." "You both are at ease, are you not?" Then Jim say "I, am, actually." Then Jim looks at me and smiles I smile back and I say "I guess I am as well." Then Blinky says "it senses that. You both are beginning to master them." We then step into a large space and Jim says "Holy Trolls! Is this a palace?" Then Blinky says "no, This is 'the hero's forge'." We walk over to the other side of the hero's forge when toby walks the side of the bridge and looks down then toby says "ooh..." as Jim laughs mischievously then grabs toby from his shirt and hangs him for 2 seconds and pulls him back over as Toby screams and takes a picture and says "Don't do that again!" And I say "Jim you butthead!" Then he says "come on" then we reach a gate and he says "Magnifico! Wait, are these...?" Arrrggghhh says "trollhunters." Blinky then says "your predecessors, Master Jim and Mistress Y/n a line of heroism that reaches back to the age of Merlin."  Then he points with 1 of his hands towards an empty statue pedastal and says "this is the place of the final repose for kanjigar 'the courageous'. One day, there will be a statue of you two here, Master Jim and Mistress Y/n." Then he says "one day very far off in the future of course." Then Toby says "yeah, about that, there's just one thing I'm not getting." Then Jim says "just one?" Then Toby says "you guys are trolls. So, 'Trollhunter' and 'Trollhuntress' sounds a little like you hunt yourselves, you know?" Then arrrggghhh says "Hunt bad trolls. GummGumms." Jim and I groan and arrrggghhh pats us on the back but makes our knees hurt from his hand. Then Jim says "not exactly the most terrifying name." Then Blinky says "in Trollspeak, 'Gumm-Gumms'  means 'bringer of horrible, slow, painful, and throughly—calculated death." Then I say "oh." Then Blinky says "by do not be too concerned, Master Jim, Mistress Y/n." "The GummGumms we're exiled to the darklands centuries ago. Only one roams free." Then arrrggghhh points at me and Jim as he says "and wants to Kill you both" then Toby says "wait, Bular is one of the unspeakably evil trolls?" Then Blinky says "indeed. His father and the rest of their number remain exiled to the Darklands. But they have been trying to escape for centuries. I sense ill times are upon us." "Hence the need for us to begin master Jim's and Mistress Y/n's training now." Then I see him to a stone button on the wall and then he says "step back Master Jim and Mistress Y/n." Then he says "a little further Tobias." Then toby does step back further and then Blinky says "Oh, very well." Then he presses the stone button and we hear and see big blades come out of nowhere then I hear the Jim and toby scream as Toby says "there's a big blade!" Then Jim looks up and see a blade coming then he ducks and I duck from a blade and run away, duck, dodge, jump from each oncoming blade that comes my way Jim heads to the wall and narrowly misses a swinging blade. As Blinky says "excellent reflexes Master Jim and Mistress
Y/n." Then I breath heavily with a steel cold determined look as I continue to dodge, duck, and roll as Jim noticed and says "Great, But maybe we could start off easy? Like, you know, with less Grindy things?" As Toby screams we then we hear deep voice say "Blinkous Galadrigal." Then Blinky presses the button and looks at the blades on the floor and Jim, Toby, and I look where Blinky is looking and we see a tall blind troll with long horns with his hands behind his back walking towards us and he says "Blinkous Galadrigal." Then I say "that's your name?" Blinky says "Horrible, I know." Then the blind troll says "I wish to meet the fleshbags supposedly chosen by the amulets." Then he steps towards Toby and says "I am Vendel, son of Rundle, son of Kilfred." Then Toby says "uh... Toby, son of Ralph. I live with my nana." Then Vendel grabs Toby's arm examines it then picks toby up by the arm and pokes his stomach as he says "Produce the amulets, Trollhunter." Then I see him with Toby's phone and he says "ah!" Toby gasps then says "oh, no! My phone!" As Vendel breaks it between his two fingers and Jim says "I think we're the fleshbags" then I say "that you're looking for" and Jim chuckles as we show Vendel the amulets as arrrggghhh says "amulets chose." Then Vendel says "hmm...so Draal tells me. Ridiculous!" As he walks towards us and notices my amulet and gasps and he says "never have we seen a trollhuntress before in a millennium." As he bows to me and I bow back as I say "an intelligent troll such as you knows history all to well I see." Then he stands back up and I do as well as he says "oh I have seen many Trollhuntress's before in my life but they all disappeared so suddenly we thought they were all killed and the amulet was taken but now that you are here Trollhuntress I am wrong." "However, the amulet has been known to make ill-fated choices, as you know better than most." He says as he looks at Blinky and I hold the amulet near my chest I look at Jim and see he is holding it to his amulet to his chest as well and he looks at arrrggghhh and says "what's that mean?" Then arrrggghhh says "Blinky trained Trollhunters before. "Unlar 'the unfortunate' and mularja 'the unlucky'." Then I say "why are they unfortunate and unlucky?" Then Arrrggghhh says "First night out, torn." Then Jim says "like, conflicted?" Then arrrggghhh says "No. Limb from limb." Jim and I look wide eyed at arrrggghhh as he says that and then an arm from Unkar's statue breaks off and almost hits Toby as he jumps away from where it landed, a foot away from him and he yelps and then Vendel says "if the amulets chose true, the Soothscryer will reveal it." Then Blinky says "please! Master Jim and Mistress Y/n haven't had even an hour's training." Then he points to the floor as he says "mm-mm!" Then Jim and I step forward as I chuckle nervously and we stand near Vendel as we step on to troll like pressure plates placed next to each other and then we see a red glow on the floor move from the middle of the floor into a circle and we see a large stone troll tower with a stone made troll head on top it opens its mouth as Vendel says "Behold, the soothscryer! It will judge your true spirit. Insert your right hand, Trollhunter and huntress." Then Jim says "um, we're going to get them back, right?" Then Vendel says "that is part of the text." Then I say "oh, great." Then Jim says "Tobes, Tobes! Come here and help me." Then Toby says "Okay, jimbo, but I am not sticking my hand in there." Then I jump up grab the ledge on the soothscryer and hoist myself up and I say "come on I'll help Toby pull you up." Then Jim says "okay then, let's do this." Then Toby helps Jim up but they both grunt then as Jim gets up here the soothscryer's teeth start to spin and then the mouth starts to close and open repeatedly then as we both go to stick our right hands in the mouth it closes on our arms and we both scream I try to pull my hand out 3 times and Jim starts kicking Toby in the back and Toby starts to scream from Jim kicking him and then the soothscryer opens it's mouth and I bounce back and I land on my knees as Jim lands on Toby in front of the soothscryer and looks at his hand and I look at mine and I say "we're okay." Then Jim sighs and Toby says "ooh, everything hurts. Well what is it?" As Vendel walks over and Jim sits up on Top of Toby and says "Hmm... inconclusive." Then Toby says "inconclusive?" Then he scoffs as he says "not doing that again." Then I say "Wait, wait, wait. What does 'inconclusive' mean?" Then Vendel stops walking away and says "it means, Trollhuntress, that there's never been humans to bear the mantle before." Then he turns his head to us as he says "The Soothscryer needs more time to render it's judgement. Let us all hope you both live long enough to see." Then he starts to walk away again...
