Y/n's POV ('cause why not?)

Toby, Jim, and I are at the Fuzz's station and we are getting our criminal pictures taken Toby is first then he walks into the room holding his sign as he stand off to the left as we hear an officer say "What kind of nerd breaks into a museum?" We hear the camera whirring as the other officer says "Move to the middle." Toby moves to the middle of the height chart and the first officer says "pose." Then Toby hold up the sign and smiles a little then does multiple other poses then the second officer says "Okay, come on." Then the first officer says "No, stop! Next!" Then Jim walks in and sighs as he hold up his sign then we hear the camera whirring then I see Toby sneaking in the picture then when the picture is taken Toby is smiling and Jim's face is just saying Wtf-what-are-you-doing and the first man groans then the second man says "Next!" Then Jim and Toby walk out of the room and I walk in with my sign and I hold it up as I roll my eyes and use one of my hands to do the alien wave and I hear the camera whirring then I see a flash then I feel movement outside wheels moving outside I thought "Oh, crap our parents are going to be so mad" then I walk out of the room and I sit with Toby and Jim and I see who I believe is Jim's mom, and Mr. Strickler then Jim's mom walks in and says "Toby, Jim get in the car." Jim says "yes mom." Then she looks at me and says "might I ask who you are?" Then I say "yes you work with my father Dr. L/n I'm assuming you are Jim's mom?" Then she says "oh I remember now you're his daughter and yes I'm Jim's mother." Then she says "I didn't catch your name L/n's daughter what is it?" Then I say "my names Y/n, Dr. Lake" then she says "why don't you go get in my car with the boys okay?" Then I nod and I walk to her car where I see the boys looking at me with worried eyes and I look at them with pure confusion then as I get in the car Jim asks "what did they talk to you about? Did they punish you?" Then Jim takes my hands I blush and say "no they didn't punish me, and your mom just wanted to remember my name since your mom and my dad work together butthead." Then I look down at our interlaced hands and I look at Jim with pure embarrassment and I look away as we both pull our hands away then I look out the window and see Strickler and Jim's mom talking...

Jim's POV

Toby, Y/n, and I are in the car and after me checking to make sure Y/n is fine I look at Me and Y/n's interlaced hands and my face feels hot and I look at Y/n as she looks at me we both look away in embarrassment as we let go of each other then we look out the window and see my mom and Strickler talking and I hear my mom say "I can't thank you enough for coming to the station. They are so lucky she didn't press any charges." Then we hear Strickler say "Ms. Namura is a personal friend. She agrees with me that this was nothing more than reckless youth run amok." Then I look at Toby as he says "I mean, who else do you think is hiding and evil troll face? Coach Lawrence? Steve?" Then he gasps as he says "What if Strickler's one of them?" Then Y/n pokes Toby in the guts as I look out the window and say "Strickler's been teaching history at Arcadia Oaks High since the dawn of history. If he's one, I'm one." Then I see Toby is stuck between the seats then I scoff as Toby groans when I push him back into the seat then I grab his phone from his hands as Y/n says "hey I'm a hybrid, and we just found out Ms. Namura is a Changeling which I don't know what it is" then Toby and I look at her with curiosity as she says "we don't know who is a changeling but we need to figure out who we can trust so we have more help am I right?" Then I look at Toby's phone again and Y/n leans over to look as well as Toby as I say "I know where I've seen this bridge." Then Y/n says "It's the same one that Blinky was talking about." Then Toby says "What? The kills-thingy Bridge? That's, like, ancient history, right?" Then I say "they're trying to break Gunmar out." This is bad, Tobes. Like, 'goodbye, Arcadia' bad."...

Y/n's POV

Jim says "they're trying to break Gunmar out." Then I look at him in a loving way as he says "This is bad Tobes. Like, 'goodbye Arcadia' bad." Then I say "As soon as we get to our homes, we're going to Blinky." Then Dr. Lake gets in the car and she says "You really didn't have to go through all this trouble, Mr. Strickler." Then Strickler scares the crap out of Jim as he puts his arms on the window and says "Please, 'Walter.' I'm sorry we had to meet under this unfortunate circumstance." Then he looks at all three of us as Dr. Lake says "There must be some way I can repay you. Coffee? Dinner? Appendix removal?" Then Strickler says "I... Coffee would be a delight and a rain check on the appendectomy." Then Toby, Jim, and I share looks with each other then we look back at Dr. Lake and Mr. Strickler then Dr. Lake says "looking forward to it, Walter." Then Strickler turns to us and says "Watch yourself young Atlas and Young goddess. Next time, the consequences could be more severe." Then Strickler looks straight at me and I lock eyes with him and make my eyes turn dark red to scare him and his eyes go wide but I act like nothing happened and say "are you feeling well Mr. Strickler?" Then he says "Yes, I'm fine just a little tired." Then I smile at him and show my troll teeth to scare him even more then he smiles and stands up and walks away then I say "Mrs. Lake did you actually just do that?" Then she says "do what Y/n?" Then Jim says "Did you actually just ask our teacher out on a date?" Then Dr. Lake says "Don't you make this about me. You guys broke into a museum! And Y/n's father was furious when he got news that you and Toby brought her along to see if she wanted to break into the museum as well!" Then I say "It wasn't their fault Mrs. Lake." Then I look at her with honesty as she looks at me in shock and says "wait, what do you mean Y/n?" Then I say "we wanted to break in because I wanted to see the new exhibitions and I just couldn't wait to see them so I convinced the boys to help me break in to sneak a peek then quickly leave so no damage was done or anyone harmed I'm sorry Mrs. Lake." Then look down at the car floor but out of the corner of my eye I see Jim and Toby shocked looks on their faces but then they calm down and Jim is about to defend me just as his mom says "I understand Y/n but please don't do that again and I'm not the one you should be apologizing to your father is and so do the boys since your father believes the boys brought you along to make you their girlfriend." Then I lift my head up and my face is red in embarrassment as I look at the boys and see they're faces are covered in embarrassment too then Jim says "Mom!" Then Dr. Lake turns to the boys with an angry expression as she picks up Toby's chubby tracker and says "And for this? You are grounded until you apolgize to Y/n's father and that woman." (ThAt WoMaN 🙌👁👄👁💅💅 hehehe boi) then I put a hand on Jim's shoulder and give him a little smile and I do the same to Toby then I remove my hands as I look back out the window as Dr. Lake turns on the car and the engine turns on as Dr. Lake exhales deeply then she says "you got me?" Then we all look down as Jim says "Yes, mom." Then Toby and I say "Yes, Dr. Lake." Then Dr. Lake drives off to take Me, Jim, and Toby home...
