Y/n's POV

Jim's sleeping on my shoulder as Blinky lectured us on troll history as he says "For centuries, the Troll and human worlds stood separate and at peace, divided by bridges that acted as doorways between our two realms. But the GummGumms wanted to devour all of mankind. They were led by Gunmar 'The Black' the rest of troll kind fought against him, culminating in the great Battle of Killahead Bridge, the portal to Gunmar's Darklands. After many moons, good triumphed over evil, and our great Trollhuntress Daya 'The deliverer,' and our trollhunter Marlig 'The muscle' locked Gunmar away, exiling him to the Darklands, and sealed the Killahead Bridge with the sacred amulets. After, we tore it apart, stone by stone. We left the old world in search for peace. We stowed away on a ship called the Mayflower, just a handful of us and some gnomes we'd brought along for companionship and nourishment. Finally, we arrived in a strange and exotic realm." Then Arrrggghhh says "New Jersey." Then Blinky starts to turn the page as Jim shifts his body so he has an arm around my waist and I put my head on his shoulder with my face turning red and then I calm down as I start to loll into sleep as Jim sets his head on top of mine sleepily as I start to fall asleep "we kept walking. Eventually, we came across a new Heartstone, and we realized we had found a new home... under Arcadia." Then I start to sleep with Jim and then Blinky looks at us and he groans as I feel him walk over to us as Jim wraps his arms around me and snuggle his head on top of mine as we lean on arrrggghhh's shoulder and he slaps the book which makes a loud slapping noice Jim and I jump and we speak in spanish saying "¡Lo Siento, Señor Draal!" Then I say "¡No me mates!" Then I look up with Jim and I say "ai yi yi pendejo!" Then Blinky kneels and says "The training of Troll history might seem like a minor duty, Master Jim and Mistress Y/n, but—" then Jim says "sorry, Y/n and I pulled an all nighter studying for our Spanish comprehension exams." And I exclaim "our brains are muy gooey." Then Jim says "I don't know. I guess we thought that if we're facing Draal and Falaria in a week" then I say "our training would be a little more... active." As I lean on Jim shoulder and whisper "we should have slept instead of study with each other last night..." then I yawn with Jim and I let out a cute sneeze as I stand up and I say "excuse me." Then I see everyone looks at me in a awe type of way and I look at Jim to see that he is blushing with a silly grin on his face and I realize what happened as Jim says with a smirk "was that a sneeze?" then I playfully shove him as I say "Jim lake stop it!" Then he grabs me and dips me as he sticks out his tongue and says "nah! That was too cute! So, I'm gonna tease you till you can take it!" then I blush as I realize his hands are holding my waist as Blinky says "ah, the fires of love." Then Jim's eyes widen as he realizes what he did and his face becomes another shade of red like mine and Jim backs up two steps after he lets go of me and I say "Blinky! Jim and I are just friends!" Then Toby says "that's not what just happened though." Then I say "Okay end of that subject!" Then Toby says "Yeah anyways, like when will Jim and Y/n going to learn Troll-kwondo? Or Rock-itsu?" Then Blinky says "Before one fights, Toby D, one must understand why one fights. For these precious early steps will decide whether young Trollhunters become Deya 'The deliverer' and Marlig 'the muscle'." Then arrrggghhh says "or Unkar 'The unfortunate' and kitha 'the disgraceful'. " Then I say "well, Tomorrow, our Spanish exams are with señor Uhl 'The unforgiving'." Then Jim says "our main concern is our immediate future." Then Blinky says "A-ha! But, to learn what will happen in the future, one must only look to the past." Then he hands Jim the book he was holding and Jim's arms are yanked to the ground since the book is so heavy and Blinky says "I recommend A brief Recapitulation of Troll Lore by the venerable Bedehilde. Volume one of 47." And then I help Jim lift the book to his stomach so he could have some support from his body to hold it as he puts the other book on top of it as I say "Okay, but if we don't pass our exams, we're grounded and we can't be the trollhunters." As I take the troll book from Jim as he takes his other book and says "Sorry, Blinky, but the amulets chose us, and now we have two lives to keep up." Then from behind me and Jim we hear footsteps and we see a female Troll run in panting and she stops in front of Blinky and he says "Oh, no. Is it the Heartstone?" Then the female Troll says "No! No!" Then we walk over to the female Troll as arrrggghhh says "Stalkling?" Then Jim and I say "is Bular in Trollmarket?" Then the female Troll says "No! Gnome! Rogue gnome!" Then we hear her voice echo in the arena then we head over to the female Trolls stall and when we get there she says "First, I couldn't find my monocle, Then my collection of bed coils. Now, something disappears every minute!" Then when the female Troll goes to sit down in a chair it's swiped out from under her and I am quick to help her up and then I speak in gnomeish and say "Gnome please stop taking this Trolls things and show yourself!" Then the gnome appears at my feet and I get down on my knees and it says "why should I? my friend is dead from because of this Troll and I'm so freaking mad about it! So No! I won't stop taking this Trolls stuff!" Then it growls at me and starts running around again as I say "it won't listen to me!" Then the Gnome Giggles as Blinky says "Ah, yes. Gnome." Then the female Troll says "Oh, dirty little pests. Up to last week, the glue traps were working fine. Then the female troll pulls out a gnome skeleton from a barrel and shows us it then suddenly its taken from her then the Gnome jumps on to the chandelier and off it to another area and the female puts her hands together and says "Fix it, Trollhunters!" Then Jim says "Uh, yeah, we're really sorry about that. See, you need a gnome catcher. And we're , well, the Trollhunters, so—" then I interrupt and say "Jim we have to help her! It's part of being a Trollhunter." Then Blinky says "Oh, no, Master Jim. The trollhunters cannot refuse the call. And what better a call for you to train with than a pint-sized quarry?" Then we hear Toby footsteps and a guitar playing then we see the gnome and it clears its throat and then plays a few notes on its hand made guitar and vocalizes with them then it laughs as Blinky says "he's trying to distract us! Hold tight to your valuables." Then Toby walks up to the Gnome playing his little guitar and says "why?" He chuckles as he claps his hands and says "he can't be that bad." Then the gnome giggles as it becomes a blur of red and we hear Toby says "Oh, no! My belt!" Then a pulls out a nougat nummy and says "At least he didn't take my nougat Nummy." Then he gasps as it's taken by the gnome then Toby says "we need to catch that gnome." Then the gnome laughs as he zips everywhere and Toby points and says "over there!" Then Jim points and says "Oh! Over there!" Then Blinky points and says "No! Over there!" Then arrrggghhh points to the top of his head and says "right here." And we look at the top of arrrggghhh's head and see the gnome leaning on one of his horns and waves at us then becomes a blur of red again as Jim lunges to grab him then as I see it zip by me i lunge towards it hoping I got it but I don't then it chatters incoherently and Blinky sneakily moves to grab it but the gnome knows and goes through a hole in the basket and laughs as he dashes towards the female trolls saw and takes it as the female troll says "Oh! My beautiful chainsaw! Catch it!" I run after it with Jim but we stop to look for it and it chatters as I grab it with both hands as Jim, Blinky, and Toby pile on top of me to grab it as the gnome yells and jumps out of my hands and we all gasp as it runs under arrrggghhh's foot and Jim lunges at it and misses and he grunts and looks up at Arrrggghhh and he says "pacifist." As he shrugs then I reach in my pockets for my amulet so does Jim and I pull out nothing as I say "Oh, no." Then Jim says "Where's our amulets?" Then the gnome whizzes by and it stands in front of us and laughs as we see that it has our amulets as Blinky says "Oh, no!" Then we see it whizz behind a closet and Jim and I rush towards it try to open it and arrrggghhh pushes it aside and we see a hole in the wall as we hear laughter echoing from it and arrrggghhh says "hole." And we all look in to the hole as Blinky says "yes, it appears the plot quite literally deepens." Then Jim reaches in as far as he can and says "come back, come back." Then Jim turns to Blinky and says "shouldn't our amulets be coming back to us right about now?" Then Blinky says "Dolefully, that rule only applies if you've rejected it. When thieved, it's another story. If you had read 'A Brief Recapitulation,' you would have known that." Then the female Troll sighs and says "Sone Trollhunters you are. Jim 'The Baby-Handed' and Y/n 'the brainless'." Then she takes the basket from Toby since he was eating out of as Blinky says "Master Jim and Mistress Y/n, press on. This is not the moniker you want." Then Jim says "what else can we do? We can't fit in the hole." Then Blinky says "Hmm, currently." Then arrrggghhh says "Bad idea." Then Blinky says "no Trollhunter and Trollhuntress have ever lost their amulets. We'll need time to procure the Fugolator." Then I say "Uh, the Furgolator?" Then Blinky says "Uh, don't worry about anything, Master Jim and Mistress Y/n. Rend to your studies. We'll watch over the hole." then he says "Tomorrow, you'll return refreshed to deal with this, uh..." he chuckles as he says "little problem."
