Chapter Three - Lunch Time

As soon as I entered the cafeteria I ruffled my hair over my bruised eye and walked over to Nugget. "Hey Nugget" you said slightly jumping on his cold shoulder. He just slightly looked over at you then retreated back to his feet. "What took you so long" he whispered barely audible. Staying silent for a few moments before answering you said " I.... had a talk with the janitor" flashing him a weak smile.

Tilting his head up a little bit you could see a sorta worried look on his face. You were about to respond when your stomach growled reminding you that your body needed food to run properly. Whining you complained that your were hungry. Slightly pushing his lunch box towards you Nugget told you that he wouldn't mind sharing his lunch.

"Don't worry these nuggets are safe" Nugget muttered underneath his breath. You didn't understand what he meant by that, did he have nuggets that were not safe? Brushing it off you opened his lunch box and saw nuggets. Honestly what did you expect. Picking one up you carefully threw it in your mouth.

Wow these nuggets were really good you thought. "Thanks Nugget" you exclaimed. Spreading on his face was a bright red blush and you got an idea. Gently you placed a soft kiss on his cheek. Giggling as his got even more red then it was before. As you were laughing he asked "why are you staying with me, there are other people in this school."

Thinking about your answer you finally said " I don't trust anyone else especially that guy" pointing at Bugs. Silently Nugget nodded. "That's good the Bugs is not a nice man." Taking another chicken nugget from the lunch box you thought back to this mornings events. You couldn't really disagree with Nugget, I mean the kid HAD stolen your money. However you couldn't help but think what bugs had done to nugget. 

Once you snapped out of your little trance you had finally noticed how little kids were at this school. There was only like six other kids. You decided to take a took at some of the other kids. There was a girl with blond hair and was wearing a pink dress. she kind of looked like a spoiled rich brat. Then there was a kid with orange-ish  hair and glasses. He looked like a smart kid. ( I'm too lazy to add more description for the other characters.) After you had finished examining the other kids you heard the bell rings and you all had to go outside.

Sorry this chapter took so long to come out :( I just get distracted so easily. I'll be trying to upload long chapters from now on though to make up for it 😊
