A Moonlit Night

Third POV:
Tony was unbelievably happy, he had a best friend who is a vampire! And even better he got along with the family and now knew there was another vampire type. Speaking of...

"Luna! Have you seen Rudolph?"

Turning around at her name, Luna answered, "You guys are always together, what happened to him?"

Tony shrugged, "I don't know, but when I checked his room it was empty."

"Maybe he went to eat breakfast. Or try the bridge." Going back to painting a door.

"Alright thanks, Luna!"

"No problem Tony, be careful." She shouted as he ran to the dining room.

Luna had never been more anxious, how could they go on for a month without knowing about their soul marks?!

Tony ran to the barn to check on their cow (who they respectively named Hiltrud) and her barn mates. He, unfortunately, did not find Rudolph but there was always the bridge.

"Rudolph?" He said at the fifth spot people told him to go to.

"Tony, good evening," Rudolph greeted appearing from behind and up top.

"Where were you? Couldn't find you so I asked Luna, then Hiltrud, and pretty much every vampire and person I met after that." Chuckling at the end.

"I wanted to be out for a bit. Living with your family every night tires you out." The immortal exaggerated.

"Yeah, I get what you mean. So, vampire, what do you want to do?" Playfully pushing the other boy before holding a hand out.

Rudolph grabbed said hand," Well, mortal, I have a few ideas." And flew them to the roof.

"Prank on Maney?" Tony asked.

"Prank on Maney," Rudolph affirmed.

To explain, Maney is a genius. It is well-known throughout the clan. He came back to make up for the pain he caused when he was with Rookery. He's been working on creating clothes and accessories that'll help them with light. As of recently, he's been working with an ointment to build up against sunlight so vampires can go out.

"What should we do this time?" Rudolph inquired.

"How about...shifting everything in his lab to the left three inches?" Tony announced.

"Why would that be a prank?" That sounded boring to Rudolph.

"It'll mess with his mind, humans have physical memory. He'll notice things are off but won't be able to tell what." Tony explained to his friend. (GAH THESE TWO)

"Oh cool." Looking to Tony to make sure he used that right.

"Yes, cool," Tony confirmed to him.

They both are on the staircase descending to Maney's lab when they see Gregory come out. He seems stashed out in new vamp technology but that's to be expected. He was the only vampire that hung around Maney a lot, even when he was experimenting. It was a bit strange, but hey, at least Gregory was trying to make friends with a mortal.

"What're we supposed to do now? Gregory is definitely going to go back in." Rudolph whined.

"We'll start slowly from the farthest view. They'll be too busy to notice." Tony reassured Rudolph of their plan.
