Hooo, felt bad about the mere glimpse we got so might as well as write their story.

Third POV:
After his well-deserved shower, Maney had decided to take a moment to think.

Rookery was simply using him and was horrible at appreciating Maney's skill. His tech was ingenuous and revolutionary and he knew it. Maney would never again stoop so low as to work with an insane person. Anything other than that would be an improvement but Maney wanted to do something meaningful, something helpful.

To make up for his ghastly mistakes.

WAIT! Oh, what a genius, handsome too, he was. He could help the vampires, which will be a struggle at first but Maney could work through it.

He took a step out of his room in the stony castle before he heard a yell, two very German yells to be specific.

"Uh hello?" No response followed.

"Emma? Otto?" Silence.

Maney walked a bit forward before hearing a familiar voice.

"Yeah, they'll be fine. Feel free to explore your new home and try not to make a mess. Also, when they wake up, don't scare them."

Was that the blonde kid? And- VAMPIRES?!

Maney had wanted to help them but hadn't planned on meeting them so soon. They were rapidly filling out the rooms too which meant they would eventually reach him and most likely attack him on sight.

C'mon Maney, think think! Oh might as well as get this over with.

"Uh, hello?" A small wave and smile would surely show how friendly he is.

"It's that mortal! The red-haired one, he almost killed us!" One of the vampires exclaimed.

"Uh yes- but before you kill me, I want to help you. I felt really bad and thought 'Hey maybe I can help them instead?' So I came out because I got here first but that's not really important-"

"Calm down, so you're chill?" The blonde asked while pointing.

"Yes, at least I hope so. Haven't really been out socializing ever since Rookery took me from boarding school." Maney shrugged and nervously glanced around.

"Wait, how old are you? Well, that doesn't really matter. I'm Tony Thompson by the way. This is-"

"Rudolph Sackville-Bagg, the vampire you chased with that flying-" He stopped himself as he didn't know the word and looked over to Tony for help.

"Helicopter-" Thankfully, Tony caught on.

Rudolph nodded thanks to Tony, "Helicopter and almost chopped up. But don't worry, I don't hold a grudge against you. Especially since I got you back with my cow, Hiltrud, and since you absolutely dissed," pausing to look at Tony who affirmed he'd used that word right, "Rookery."

"To be fair, he deserved it. Though I suppose so did I. Clean slate?" Holding his hand out for a handshake.

The other vampires looked wary, but they awaited Rudolph and Tony's decision. Luckily, "of course, by the way, you never told us your name," they were open to forgive-and-forget with Maney.

"The name's Maney Sonnen." (BTW NOT his canon last name)

And so began the ever-so-friendly relationship between Maney and the vampires. He'd create tools and solutions for the vampires and in return, they appreciated him. He even befriended some!

There was Tony who wasn't a vampire but a fellow human and well that was more than enough reason to stick together.

Rudolph became the little brother he never had, supporting all of his ideas and projects. Even if he got to mischief with Tony too often.
