"Tsukishima-kun!"
Tsukishima snapped out of his trance and turned to the front, where the teacher stood with both his hands on the table. His teacher gave him a slight glare, pushing up his round glasses.
"Y-Yes?..." Tsukishima straightened his back. Crap.
"I would appreciate it if you paid attention to my lectures." The teacher said. Tsukishima apologized softly, making his teacher shake his head before looking down at his book again. "Back to what I was saying, in literature, authors use different..."
"Tsuki," Yamaguchi whispered to him with his literature book held up. "What's wrong?" He tilted his head to the side.
"It's nothing. Turn back before we both get into trouble." Tsukishima said, flipping his book to the next page. Yamaguchi hesitated for a moment but did as he was told, though he was still concern for the Clever Blocker.
Despite his usual chilly behavior, something about Tsukishima was definitely off. Yamaguchi knew the reason for that was [Name]. Sure, he was worried about her as well. After all, we are good friends and he wished that it was all pretend; that [Name] was just a few classes away, excited about her volleyball practice after classes. But he was also worried how it was affecting his best friend.
Yamaguchi heard from a classmate about their fight in the hallways just before [Name]'s match against Aoba Jousei. He had tried to ask Tsukishima about it but the latter refused to mention a word about it, telling him to shut up. He wasn't able to approach [Name] about it as well, fearing that he might upset her as well.
Being the blonde's childhood friend, he knows the latter well. He knew that Tsukishima was angry at himself; more than he was at [Name]. And now, Yamaguchi resented himself as well, for not being able to do anything for both of his friends.
The bell rang and it was lunch time. Yamaguchi turned off the tap and wiped his hands on his square handkerchief. He and Tsukishima had just finished their lunch together in silence. Tsukishima decided to take a little walk after they were done and left without letting the freckled male say anything.
Yamaguchi sighed and kept his handkerchief into his pockets. "Yamaguchi-kun!" Someone called his name, making him turn to the voice. He blinked at Yuno, Yuki and Erika, who jogged toward him.
"Kushiyama-san? Amane-san and Nabe-san as well?" He tilted his head when they finally stop before him. Yuki had tears in her eyes that were ready to roll down her cheeks like a water fall while the other two had hopeful looks on their faces. "What did you call me for?" He looked down at each of the girls, feeling the heat rise on his cheeks.
"[Name]-chan!" Yuki exclaimed with a teary smile. "[Name]-chan's awake!"

Oikawa panted as he pushed the door open to find his parents as well as [Name]'s parents surrounding [Name]'s sick bed. He started to tear up when he saw the [Hair Color] girl sitting up on her bed, which was tilted up. She was in a pale turquoise hospital gown with a thin tube across her face, just under her nose. Her [Eye Color] orbs moved to the door where he was standing, a little surprise at his presence.
Oikawa sniffled as he rushed to her side, pulling her into a bone crushing hug. "Thank God..." He buried his face in her shoulder. [Name] was a little taken aback by his hug but put her arms around him anyway. She rubbed his back gently as he cried into her shoulder. "I was so worried about you!"
"I'm sorry for making you worry, Tooru-nii." She apologized, turning her guilty gaze to her parents as if it was also meant for them. After a while Oikawa managed to calm down and he let go of her.
