Two

Yui pushed the doors to the hall where the boys' volleyball team was practicing, leading her girls' team into the building. "Pardon the intrusion." She announced.

The boys who were doing their warm ups paused and averted their attention to the arrivals of the girls' team. Hinata along with a bald guy with rather slanty eyes rushed to the doors immediately, greeting the girls as they walked into the hall. "Welcome! Welcome!" They greeted happily.

"Tanaka! Hinata!" A tall male with short dark hair scolded as he approached Yui. Both the enthusiastic males pouted and apologized before regrouping with the rest of their team, continuing their warm up. Hinata gave [Name] a small wave from where he was and she waved back at him. "Glad you could make it, Yui." He said with a smile.

"No, no. Thank you for agreeing on this, Daichii." Yui grinned, giving the thumbs up.

"I think we will all benefit from this practice." Daichii arched his thumb back to the boys who were bending over, trying to touch their feet. "Right. We should finish up on our warm ups first." The female captain agreed and ordered the girls' team to start their warm ups as well.

[Name] and her teammates made a circle and started to stretch. They started to count in synchronization. From the corner of her eyes, [Name] noticed a few of the boys having their gaze fixed upon the girls team. Of course, they weren't the only ones as some of the girls were also peeking at the boys.

"Focus, would you?" Daichii scolded, a small vein popping on this temple. The boys immediately turned around, continuing their warm up, occasionally glancing at the girls. Some of the girls giggled at them but eventually got a similar scolding.

Finally, after the stretches, both teams were gathered to sit before their captains. "First of all, I would like to thank the senseis and Daichii for agreeing to this. I hope that we get to have fun and practice well together." Yui bowed and everyone clapped at her short speech.

"Let's start with receiving practice and then spiking." Daichii's voice was loud and had power to it. Everyone agreed with a nod as Daichii explained briefly what they were planning to do for their practice. "Alright, let's introduce ourselves and run a few laps before beginning our practice."

Everyone stood up and lined up in their teams. Both teams bowed facing each other. "Let's make a great practice!" Everyone exclaimed.

"I'll begin the introduction. As you all already know, I'm the captain for the boys' team, Sawamura Daichii. You can just call me Daichii." Daichii smiled with his hands on his waist. [Name] admired the captain. He seemed like such a nice guy and had a strong leader aura to him.

"This is Ms. Shimizu Kiyoko." He introduced a pretty female with dark hair and pink glasses. She nodded at everyone, showing how much of a quiet person she was.

"I'm Sugawara Koshi. Nice to meet all of you." Sugawara bowed. A smile was spread across [Name]'s face. He really is nice, just like Hinata said.

"Tanaka Ryunosuke! A pleasure to meet you ladies!" Tanaka winked at the girls, giving a grand introduction but the girls looked away with their faces turning a little blue. The boys' team reacted in a similar way as well. [Name] had to control her laughter at her senpai's introduction. Don't be rude don't be rude, she mentally told herself with a screwed up face.

The introduction went on: Ennoshita Chikara ... Kinoshita Hisashi... Narita Kazuhito... Hinata Shoyou (He introduced himself very loudly)... Kageyama Tobio... Yamaguchi Tadashi...

"Tsukishima Kei. Nice to meet you." A tall male with short blonde hair introduced himself. He had a lazy tone when he spoke and his eyes lazily scanned everyone before looking at nowhere in particular. His body language displayed his disinterest. What's his problem, [Name] thought to herself.

"How y'all doing? I'm Michimiya Yui and I'm the captain of the girls' volleyball team." The female captain introduced herself. Slowly, your teammates introduced themselves: Sato Miyuki... Kushiyama Yuno... Izumi Miyu... Aya Misaki... Kazume Iwari... Nabe Erika... Amane Yuki (a/n: I made them up because I can't find any information on the girl's team besides the captain and player #11- I'm putting Aya Misaki as #11)

"My name is [First Name] [Last Name]; it's very nice to be here!" [Name] bowed down nervously. I hope I didn't make myself look like a fool, she thought to herself but quickly turned her attention back to reality when the captains spoke again.

"Alright, now that we're done with the introductions, let's do a ten minutes lap outside the hall." Daichii said, with Yui nodding in agreement.

"Come on, girls, let's show them what the girls team can do." Yui clapped her hands and led all the girls outside the hall. They started to jog around the outside of the hall in a steady pace with the boys behind them. "1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2..." They all chanted together. The captains were leading the way, having small talks while they jogged next to each other.

Hinata and Kageyama managed to jog up next to [Name], smiles on all of their faces. "Hey," She smiled at her friends.

"So, how did you find the boys' team?" Hinata asked as the three of them turned into a corner.

"Sugawara- senpai is really what you said he would be." [Name] smiled. "And Sawamura- senpai is really admirable too." Hinata's and Kageyama's faces seemed to be shining as [Name] told them about what she thinks about the boys' team.

"My, my. What do we have here?" A vaguely familiar voice sounded from behind them. The trio turned around to find a tall blonde with a pair of black frame glasses and a freckled male with a mischievous grin. It's him, [Name] thought, what's his name again? Tsushi... Tsushimiwa?

Kageyama's face darkened and looked away with a scowl while Hinata glared at him, jogging a little closer to [Name] as if to protect her. "What's this, shortie has got a girlfriend?" The blonde mocked with a smirk.

[Name] furrowed her brows at the male's comment. Hinata perked up at his words and immediately defended for the both of them. "[Name]-chan isn't my girlfriend! We're just close friends! And stop calling me shortie!"

"Heh..." The mean four eyes sang with the smirk still on his face. [Name] wanted so desperately to spike a ball right at it. "It's a waste, no? Shortie actually found someone who is shorter than him. You should really go out and that would make a perfect shortie-couple." He continued to mock. The boy with freckles was giggling next to him, agreeing to whatever he had said.

"Shut up, Tsukishima." Kageyama interrupted, giving him a glare.

"What's wrong, King? Do you like little chibi-chan here as well? Is the King jealous?" Tsukishima continued to mock them.

"You've got great height," [Name] finally broke from her silence. "But if only you had intelligence, that would be better."

"Tsuki is in Class 1-4, so he's really smart!" The freckled male, Yamaguchi defended Tsukishima.

"Chibi-chan, you're quite feisty, aren't you?" Tsukishima laughed.

"Hey!" Hinata was about to defend her but Daichii cut all of them off.

"What's going on back there?" His loud voice rang, silencing all of them. "We're in a mixed practice, not a fight."

"We're sorry." [Name] apologized on behalf of all of them, earning Daichii's trust. As soon as the captain turned back, she gave Tsukishima another glare. The blunt male returned a smirk to her, irritating her more.
