(Jhonny's POV)
I woke up after a little sleep time, I suppose because I was still getting used to sleeping like an animal. When I thought about that I took a look at my body: it still looked like a dragon, so it was definitely not a dream to be in the land of dragons.
Then, I looked around: Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx were still asleep. It was probably still very early.
'Training', that was what awaited me in a few hours. I was not the best in physical education, but I was not a total weakling (although I considered myself that way), even so, I was a bit worried about not living up to the challenges proposed by the guardians.
I remembered how I faced the Frog Weed, I was scared to see that creature that I would never have imagined finding; But the act of using the horns and the tail, was it a quick plan? Or something instinctive? Or for the first time did I do something of my own free will, and without making a mistake?
The second thing that worried me even more was the idea of flying: I couldn't see out of the airplane window, nor from a building with more than three floors; I always got goose bumps at the thought of falling and dying. On the other hand, every time I saw the birds fly, I felt envy: they were not afraid of the sky, probably because they had wings. Thinking about it, I looked back at my body, I could see the dragon wings that I now possessed, I shouldn't be scared now, right?
The third thought overshadowed the others: what had happened in my world? Had my body been in a coma, or would I be dead, and my soul and mind reached this other universe? Or did I just disappear from the face of the earth without leaving a trace? At home everyone would be worried about any of those possibilities. If I could tell them...
I stopped: I was sure that anyone in this situation would miss their family and their world, so they would make the decision to find a way to return, including me. But at the same time, being here makes me feel good. I mean, Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, and the guardians had even accepted me because of my origin, and I was going to learn to be a dragon. What if I'm better as a dragon than a human? Even Spyro trusted me. Besides, and after all, it was the wish I made.
Sleep was regaining control of my body... Although this time it felt very strange, almost as if he was falling hypnotized. In the end, exhaustion overcame me and I passed out.
After a short while, I woke up in a strange library somewhat resplendent with a bluish glow, there were a lot of books on the shelves and some on the floor, some very strange symbols on the walls, some bottles with colored liquids; But what was truly amazing was where the glow came from: a huge blue hourglass.
"This seems very familiar to me" I thought "Isn't that the room in which Spyro met the Chronicler?"
"I'm surprised you know this place" said a voice behind me, "Many others think this place is just a legend"
I turned quickly to see who had spoken to me, and my eyes found a blue dragon, with some shades of gray, wearing a kind of tunic of the same color and with a light blue crystal on a necklace.
Now, I was truly amazed: he really was the Chronicler, the ancient dragon with immense wisdom who records in his books everything that happens in each age. As I continued to stare at him in amazement, I remembered what happened to him ... although my memory was failing a bit.
"Let's see" I thought, "I remembered seeing that horned shape before and something related to Spyro ..."
At the next second, I finally realized it.
"You are ... Ignitus!" I exclaimed.
"You seem to know me by my other name, young dragon. Indeed, I am Ignitus, former guardian of fire and now the Chronicler of this new one that has begun until recently. But now, the real question is... Who are you? "
