Chapter 8

Can't believe it's been two months since Michael moved out. He rented out an apartment as he finally decided to go to work. He was so good at programming that he got promoted in the first week.

I was relieved when I found out he was moving out. At least I won't have to see him everyday. He hurt me... a lot. Even though we both basically used one another for sex, he was the one saying to me that I'm just a toy. I don't know why I thought he was the sweet type. He'll always be a jerk.

But i miss him in the house, I miss yelling at him to turn his music down so much that sometimes I just go in his now empty room and just lay in his bed listening to his shitty music. Then I realize how stupid I look wanting the man who just messed around.

At least dad and Karen are proud that he finally has his own place and his own job that pays him so well.
After he moved I kept keeping myself busy with school so i wouldn't have a break down and when I finally decided to go out with my friends that's when I met Luke.

He's really sweet and we've been talking much. We got out on dates and this is how he came to be my boyfriend, he's a good distraction from all the drama.

Even though I still have moments when we're having sex and I wish he was Michael, the one who saw me as a toy. Luke is so ..gentle and he doesn't want to make me feel uncomfortable and so that's why all we have is vanilla sex.

"Come, I'll take you there." He licks his bottom lip. "Where?"
"You'll see." He takes my hand and drags me to his car.

I climb in the passenger seat and he starts the engine. He pulls out the car in front of a building. "So a little bird told me that you want more." He says leading me to an apartment.

"More?" I ask confused even though by this strange appearance I can tell he's talking about sex. "I know I can be quite boring. Don't worry. That's why I asked my friend to ..." as he says this a blonde curly haired guy's head pops up.

"Hello." He smiles coming towards me now. "You must be Y/N." I smile at his cheeky tone. "Yeah. Who are you?" I ask and he smirks at me. "You can call me Ashton. Don't worry, after I fuck your brains out you won't ask me that question ever again.." I chuckle at his confidence.

"So confident, aren't we?" I pass by him scanning the apartment. "Oh, you'll see I mean it." He smirks following me to the room.
When I turn around I see Luke smiling and I cannot actually believe he wants to do a threesome especially when all we did was vanilla.

*Family dinner tonight. Hope you didn't forget. Luke can come.*

My dad knows about Luke so I think this dinner is more so he could properly meet Luke and talk to him from man to man.
I text him back telling him that I'll go home in a few hours and probably Luke will come also.

"Thanks Ashton for the amazing sex." I laugh when he leaves and he smirks. "Likewise." He kisses me on the cheek.
Me and Luke both drive to my house and I have a shower there because these guys made me sweat a little. When I get dressed Luke comes to me.

"I hope you enjoyed your surprise babe." He whispers in my ear. I turn around and hug him. "Of course Luke." Even though nothing compares to Michael I still appreciate Luke's effort of making anything to see me happy.
"I love you." I hear Luke whispering and I can't tell if I'm happy to hear that or confused ..or.

I choose to smile and kiss his cheek. "I love you too Luke." Truth is I'm not exactly lying... I do love if... I don't know if it's exactly the way he loves me ...but I do care for him.

"We should go downstairs. Your dad and Karen are probably expecting us." He smiles giving me a short kiss on my forehead. "Yeah ..let's go." I smile not even bothering to put any make up and my hair probably looks like a mess ...but I don't care. Dad and Karen saw me in any worse way.

I can smell the food from the stairs already. This has to be delicious. When I enter in the kitchen I see dad and Karen sitting at the table.
"There you two were." Karen smiles. I smile to her as ...since Michael left i started to accept Karen more .. she's not that bad actually...

"This smells so good." I praise Karen for the food and she smiles. "Wait till you taste it." Luke and I both sit at the table. "Hello Luke." Dad salutes and Luke salutes back. "Hello sir."

As I help myself with the food I hear a door opening. All my sight goes black after seeing Michael enter on the kitchen door.
