heaven is something.

clouds surrounded with flowers, all grass, all nature things. it was soft, the place was neither cold nor hot, it was just... perfect.

He was welcomes by forest, flowers of different kind, trees bare fruitd and animals roam the place. He awed at the beauty before him, if he listens closely, he can hear a distance waterfall. And-!

he stops... he haven't heard that voice for so long, he longs for them, he aches for them.

He turns, hair twirl as his eyes widen. Before him two of the people that made his whole life wonderful. "Mom... dad..." he whispered. Eyes laying on his parents, longing and aching filled him, he didn't think that one day he will see them again.

they look young, their youthfulness made ace recalling the younger years, the memories when both of them were still alive.

he run towards his parents who had a smile on their face, arms wide open to welcome him home. they embrace their son, as he cried like a child, wanting nothing but the love of his parents.

"Our ace, oh how you've grown," cried rouge. kissing his head as he hiccups in between their armsp. he felt tears wet his hair, he knew both of them are crying too " im so proud of you son" roger whispered hiccuping crying on aces hair. Tightening his embrace with such overflowing resolve.

it's been decades, years, waiting and thinking will they see their other son one day.

"it was a wonderful life" roger gasp. and ace can't help but nod shakingly embracing them like it was the last time he will be seeing them again.

"it was!" he cried. staring at his parents whose tears are like that of a diamond, twinkling in relief and love, finally their ace is here.

He turn to look at the far end of the forest, a smile crafted on his lips before staring at ace.

"i think that man waited long enough"

Ace stared at them, before staring at the end of the forest, gulping as his heart thunder inside his chest.
