13th April
Monday
Leo Jones

I woke up and felt down, once again. Even my wife Kenzie, who also worked on the Oxford Boarding School, was annoyed because of my behavior. I was sad because of David. They were such a good person, although of his style and his reputation. I sat on my bed and thought about the Situation one week ago.
»Hello?«, Kenzie hissed.
I didn't notice her. Well, she wasn't that friendly to me the last Days.
»Hey darling.«, I greeted lazy.
»Leo, look.«, she sighed, »I know you are traumatized and I know you feel unmotivated to do anything but please do me a favor and try to make this Day, the best day in your life. Don't let the sadness put you down.«
I loved my wife for her motivational quotes, she always stole from business books. I smiled: »Thanks. I will try it.«
She was absolutely right. I shouldn't end that way. So I decided to get up. I was holding a normal conversation with my wife, while driving with her to school. Just like one week ago, before David got killed. I realized that I wasn't motivated, because I couldn't, but because I didn't want to. After the ride, I looked at the Building. It was an old fashioned building in northern England, near a big Forrest. It was built in the 10th century and existed since the middle ages. An old fashioned boarding school surrounded by many trees, lakes, coolness and much fog, especially on winter. Also they are some cheap markets out there.

But now in April it is comfortably warm and sunny. Sometimes it was also raining. There was the main building, which was the largest with many educational rooms, the cafeteria and free activity rooms. Next to the main building there were two towers. There were the rooms of the people, sleeping there.
»Oh no. Today is the first Day of the separation.«, Kenzie remembered me.
She was right. There was a new rule and everytime I remembered the rule, I got angry. After the case of David, the police came, but couldn't find any prove, who the murderer was. Mrs. King admitted that she killed David in front of the teachers. I always knew, that she thinks that people should identify as their biological gender. However, she said that if we would send her to the police, the reputation of the boarding school is broken. It was the most popular boarding school in England. Everyone would leave and teachers who work there, wouldn't be able to make money, so we separated the students. The straight ones and the LGBTQ students.
We would act like one of the students had killed David and on Saturday, the teachers controlled the private life of the students. Including photos, messages and so on. We would ask all the students, what sexuality they were, without telling them, they got to be separated. The reception would give all students a new room and everyone realized that they were separated from now on. The right tower was for the LGBTQ people and the left one for the straight people. Only LGBTQ people could visit straight people, not otherwise. LGBTQ members have more rights. This school promoted a new standard of style and also kind of beauty and it wasn't cool.
I was a politics and history teacher, so I knew, what I was talking about. This kind of system would lead to discrimination and chaos. Maybe even war. We would make little students to a disaster and manipulate them with our decisions.
