It's been a long week, but one I'm glad has come to an end. I headed straight up stairs to head for a bath as soon as I got home. Of course my window was open so I kind of figured that James would have made an appearance before I got out
But I was kind of surprised when I got out of the bathroom to notice he was nowhere to be seen
Instead in his usual spot was a note

'Get dressed, something warm and comfy then meet me outside :)'

I chuckled looking out the window to see James out by his car, I rolled my eyes as he looked up at me and smirked but I soon found myself getting ready

"What is this all about?" I asked the back seats put down and it covered in something. It had a bunch of blankets covering it so I couldn't quite make out what it was
"This is about relaxing you, giving you the break you not only deserve but that you need" He said placing both hands on my shoulder guiding to my side of the car

James soon got in the other side and flashed a smile at me
"There are three rules" he said very seriously
"Rule one: No asking questions" he said making me nod with a laugh
"Rule two: No stressing" He said making me roll my eyes
"And last but not least Rule three, no sleeping until we are there" He said and I chuckled before finally nodding watching as he turned the key in the ignition

After a small drive, James and I pulled into a small wooded area, I looked at him and smile
"It's not Melborough's Forest but I guess it's the next best thing" James smiled in my direction
"I figured if you needed that at any point it would be now" He chuckled getting out of the car
James truly went above and beyond, I was speechless

"Come on Ri!" James called opening the boot of the car, I happily got out of the car before heading in his direction
"What is all of this?" I asked making James smile as he pulled the blankets off to reveal an air mattress all pumped up readily made in his backseat
"This is the best I could do for Camping at such last minute" he chuckled, I looked at him and smiled
"I love it" I replied making him look at me with a smile
"I'm glad" He said leaning forward to press our lips together

It's been quite some time since James and I have really done anything like this, it tends to be that we are hanging with some friends, family or just in my bedroom
It's nice having the chance to be out doing something
"I think we should make a deal" I said making James turn to give me his full attention
"What would that idea be?" He asked and I smiled
"A minimum of once a month. We do something like this, an evening where we go out and do something instead of falling into the same habits" i said and James chuckled nodding
"I could get behind that" He said 
"Could?" I asked and he nodded
"It needs to be sealed with a kiss" He smirked making me roll my eyes as I leaned forward to kiss him

The second I leaned forwards and our lips touched, James snaked his arm around me waist pulling me in closer which in this case sent me into a pile of giggles from his touch
"That tickled" I laughed making James chuckled before cupping my cheek to kiss me again, steering clear of the tickle zone

A couple hours had passed and here James and I laid watching the stars in silence, it was nothing but perfect
"have you thought much about college?" I asked fiddling with my nails
"Not really why?" He asked and I shrugged
"It could be a big thing for both of us, I mean what if we go to different places?" I asked looking up at him
"You don't need to worry about that Riley" He said making me look at him confused
"why not?" I asked
"Because no matter the distance, no matter where I am in the world. I'd always choose you, you don't need to worry about anyone else" He said placing our foreheads together
"I love you" I whispered making him smile
"I love you" he replied before pressing out lips together
