Detective Inspector Greg Lestrade sits uncomfortably at his desk. Sally Donovan sits across from him and Anderson stands off to the side, a feverish look on his face and his hands flying about.
"Can't you see?! He isn't dead!" Anderson's hands drop to his sides as he waits for the other two to voice their opinions.
"Can't you just let it go?" Sally asks, exasperated.
"You have to believe me! The facts are right in front of you!" Anderson exclaims.
Greg doesn't say anything. He just sighs and shakes his head.
"You of all people should believe me, Lestrade!"
"I think you should leave, Anderson. Go home, get some sleep," Greg suggests.
"You'll see. You'll all see. And I'll have been the only one to believe in Sherlock Holmes through and through!"
Sally sighs and stands up. "Come on, Anderson. I'll take you home." Sally grabs onto Anderson's arm and drags him out of Greg's office. Anderson continues to shout his theories even after no one can hear him.
After the other two are gone, Greg lays his head on his desk and covers his ears with his hands.
