I retired the string to the pajama bottoms and pulled a cup down from the cabinet. I pulled out a pot and filled it with water placing it on the heating stove. Alex walked in and placed a cup in his coffee market before walking off. I grabbed a tea bag from my bag and placed it in the cup. In his guest room Star was spread out across the bed with her head on Dans chest.

"I'm taking a shower." Alex said before harshly closing the door. The two stirred a bit so I closed the door. In The kitchen I turned off the burner and went back into his bedroom. I opened the bathroom door and walked into the slightly steamy room. I threw my clothes to the floor and pulled quietly pulled open the door and stepped behind him in the roomy shower. He flung his hair out of his face and just ignored me.

"Alex" I started but he continued to shampoo his hair. He soon stepped out and left the water running. I was done about 10 minutes later. So I wrapped the towel around me and exited the bathroom into his room. There were a pair of shorts, socks, and one of his sweatshirts left at the end. I pulled the clothes on quickly and tied my wet curly brown hair up.

He sat on the couch sipping from a steaming cup. I waited for the water to heat up before I sat down with my tea. "Thanks for the clothes." I said leaning my head on his shoulder he nodded taking a drink. "Are you hungover or still upset" I asked setting the cup down and wrapping my arms around him.

"Both" he said finally. "I'm sorry" I snuggled into his shoulder. He shrugged and set the cup down laying back in the couch . I laid behind him with one leg and one arm resting on him. He changed it from the news to Its Always Sunny.

A few minutes later I noticed stars massive bed head as the two sat down in the large chair. "morning." She smiled. Dan sat next to her and they stared at us for a second. "Well I gotta go to the bathroom" she stated walking off. I pulled my buzzing phone from my pocket.
'Dude. what's up? Shits awkward and I need to check on Cat." she texted.
'Were in a little bit of an argument, you wanna leave?" I responded. I got the yes text and stood up going to the bathroom. "dude you ready?" I asked. "yeah" she stepped out fixing her hair.

I grabbed my bag from the chair and swung it over my shoulder. "we're gonna go." I stated. I walked over and kissed Alex's cheek. I turned back and opened the door, she left Dans hug and walked through the door. We walked out to my car and got in turning on the radio. I was about to pull off when I noticed Dan running out.

He walked over to Stars side "hey, you forgot your charger." he said handing it through the window. "Thanks" she smiled. I turned away from their conversation. "so I was wondering if maybe we could catch dinner sometime" he asked. "yeah, thanks sounds good." she responded. "well, I'll call you." I herd the sound of the lips moving apart and waited for him to leave.

"So you and Dan" I winked pulling off "shut up." She laughed. " what's up with you and Alex?" She asked. "it's the second time he's asked me to be his girlfriend and I said no." I told her making a sharp right turn. "dude, he's nice, hot, got money, and he has his life together. Man why are you rejecting him?" She questioned. "yeah, well I don't know I just don't want shit getting to serious too fast." I told her. "yeah, but I mean if he thinks you're not interested then he might yano." she said. "Yeah, he's still pretty mad. But gross Dan really?" I laughed.

"Dude what are you talking about, he's fucking hot, about to be a doctors, he's really nice, and he kisses like a god ." she bragged. "Gross, oh god he's so fucking annoying when I'm around." "be jealous."she laughed as I pulled in. "na, just warning you Dans gross." I opened the door and stepped out.

"What's with you and Alex?" She asked walking into my place. "He's mad cause he was drunk and I told him I wouldn't be his girlfriend or whatever." I explained "why not?" "I don't want shit to get too serious too fast, it's the second time he's asked me and he was wasted."I told her.

"Damn dude, makes sense. But you might not wanna keep rejecting him. I mean after a while he'll assume you're not interested." she elaborated. "oh well." I shrugged. "Na don't act like you don't care. even if you don't act like you do at least, he's really nice to you and seems nice." I shrugged again. "so I feel like we should just make a double date, it'd be fun." She offered and I shrugged in response.

"I'm gonna slap the shrug off your shoulders if you don't stop." She warned. "fine, I guess that'll do." I collapsed on the couch. "good I'll set it all up" she smiled.
