"Doors opening!" A large man yelled before opening the double doors and switching in the lights. A large roar of cheer could be herd. Alex quickly picked me up throwing me over his shoulder rushing. I couldn't see anything though my tight brown curls bouncing in front of me.
He finally slowed down and set me on an amp behind the stage. "Sorry, some fans can get kind aggressive and I don't want you getting hurt." He explained placing his hands on my knees leaning in. I met his large soft lips and pulled away. "You should probably wear this." He slid a lanyard around my neck. "why?" I asked. "So you can do whatever and get back in, like grabbing me a beer." He smiled.
He pecked me before I got up and walked over to the bar. "Can I have a beer please?" I asked "yeah sure cutie." the bar tender winked. "how much?" "Free for you." He smiled skidding the cup across the counter. I picked up and walked it back, instead of being piled up in each other they actually had their instruments out and were practicing.
I handed him the beer and he placed his arm around my waist taking a drink. "You guys about to play?" " yeah in a few minutes, you should watch us." he smiled tickling my sides. "sure."I agreed taking a drink from my water bottle. "You should stage dive." Dan said quickly moving his fingers along the guitar frets.
"I'm good." I laughed. "Good, I don't want me baby getting hurt." He kissed the top of my head and rested his on mine. "Crowd surf or mosh don't be a little-" Dan stopped as soon as he Alex rose his head from mine. "Jesus you gonna fight me over a chick?" "I don't even need a reason to beat your ass" Alex replied with a cold stare.
"Calm down." I whispered to him "Just because he one a few times doesn't mean I can't kick hiss ass right now." Dan blurted out. "fucking fight me right now." He stepped away from me and closer to the couch. " Dan pushed his guitar over on Jason."fight" Jake yelled before they went at it.
"Are you seriously gonna let them fight?" I loudly questioned. I was just kind of ignored by the excitement. Alex is double Dan's size and just kinda sat on top of him repeatedly punching. "Break that shit up, on in 5" the same man peeped through the door way. "alright Al he's had enough." He sat up and stepped away from Dan as he sat up.
Dans lip was bleeding and a bruise was starting to form of his face. "Here" Jason said handing his guitar. "Babe could you get me another beer?" Alex asked his face starting to dim from its previously bright red state. "fuck off" I grabbed a napkin and the back off Dans shirt puling him out of the room.
"What?" He asked annoyed "your shits bleeding I said putting the napkin on his mouth. "The fuck are you trying to be nice?" He questioned spitting a bloody glob onto the floor. "That's complete bullshit for him to fight you and it looks like you got the worse end of it." I honestly told him. "If he wants to fight I'll fight him, I don't care if he's bigger than me, he's not gonna disrespect me." he said pissed of still practicing.
"I know maybe you could tone down a little bit and just ignore him." I suggested pouring a cup of ice into a napkin. "Well be fine by the end of the night maybe, he's gonna be pissed you took my side." He declined the makeshift ice pack. "your gonna have a bruise dude. And if he gets mad over that it's his problem." I stated shrugging.
"You really should watch us, I'm pretty fucking pissed and honestly those are our best shows." Jake walked out kinda laughing "dude he's so done right now" he laughed sipping a beer. "I should probably go get him a beer for afterwards." I realized walking out through the crowd and to the bar. "hey sweet cheeks, whatcha need?" The bar tender smiled. "three beers." I said.
He poured the cups and I left a ten and just walked off. By the time I came back they were already on the stage. I sat two cups behind him beside an amp. A band that played a few minutes earlier was sat down on the dark wooden floor recording their show. I stood along the back curtain and watched in amazement.
Alex literally looks like he's about to chop an elementary school of children to pieces. But the crowd seemed more into it, there were a lot of people at this one. A huge pit of angry concert goers beating the shit out of each other, tons of people tossed towards the front. Hell at one point Alex bent and in half like some demon.
They all looked pretty damn tired by the time they walked off. A crew of people immediately started pulling things off. I walked out and handed the cup to him. He downed the entire thing in a few seconds and threw the cup. "You seriously need to chill the fuck out." I pushed against his chest as he tried to walk past me.
They all just ooooed and rushed off. "what?" He asked far too loudly. "Tone the fuck down and don't yell at me. The fuck is wrong with you? I've never seen anyone this pissed." I stood in front of him. "First you fuck me over in front of my friends for Dan and then you won't even come talk to me about shit." His face began to turn a brighter red and he spoke louder ,not purposely thought.
"Well I hate fighting, I can't stand it. And you beat your friend up over practically nothing. Dan annoys the fuck out of people who would you expect to make sure he's okay?" I asked "himself, if he wants to mouth off he can deal with the consequences, this has happened often before." his light pink face said crossing his arms.
"I know it's a lot to ask ,but can you not do that in front of me." I asked "I don't plan this shit, but I won't fight in front of you." he told me. "thank you, you think you could maybe make up with Dan." I stepped closer and he dropped his arms and pulled me in tighter than ever. "yeah."
---------------
"Fuck I need a shower" I commented sitting back on Alex's lap and taking a sip of a beer. "You have to double up, where do you think Pablo and his lady wife have been?" Dan winked. "gross, I'll just wait until they get out." I commented "good take Al with you." "Fine"
