I felt something annoying and light on the tip of my nose. I opened my eyes and Star was a few inches from my face. "what?" I asked quietly burying my face in Alex's shoulder. "Your daddy brought you donuts and is in the living room." she said sweetly. "Oh god, why does he always show up unannounced?" I pulled myself off of Alex and put on a pair of pajama bottoms before coming out.

"Aeres" he smiled hi dad" I hugged him tightly before pulling away to yawn. "Sorry kiddo, I just got back in town and I wanted to talk to you." he explained sitting down on the couch. Star grabbed a donut laying her head on my lap. "Yeah, what's up?" I questioned.

"Well I'm going back to Australia soon, and you're turning 21 in about a month. I wanted you two to fly out and stay a week or two." he smiled. "Yeah that sounds nice." I agreed. "Okay well I though you'd fly out a few days ahead. I didn't realize if still be here because I sent a package here that has the tickets, and a bit of money for the two of you." he stood up picking up the coffee cup.

"I'll call you when it comes, thanks. it's gonna be really fun." I said. "Yeah, I can't wait." Star said sitting up. Suddenly a wild Alex appeared from my room wearing only boxers loosely draping from his hip bones. I herd the cabinet and fridge close before he went back into my room not even glancing at us once.

"I'll uh. I'll call you." my dad said opening the door. "okay, bye." I stood still. "bye" he closed the door and Star burst out laughing. I grabbed the newspaper and hit her with it'll topic times. "that's not funny it's awkward." I brushed the stands of hair from my face. "yeah it is" she laid back on the couch.

"No now he's gonna wanna talk to me about him." I groaned getting up. "yeah" she chuckled. "I'm going back to sleep." I told her closing my bedroom door. Alex locked his phone and set it down yawning. "You're such a frickin wierdo." I hit his arm gently. "I'm honestly 3/4 of the way asleep right now" he pulled the blanket up to his shoulders.
