Mrs. Winters

Aurora low-key didn't want to open the door because there were still some things left. Jack kicked one of the empty packets underneath the couch. This made them realise that it was Sebastian's turn to clean and Sebastian being Sebastian was a lazy sloth.

With all the courage in her heart, Rory goes to the door and opens it and Kaitlyn opens her arms and gives her a tight hug. Even with the thought of her seeing their house, the hug felt comforting.

"Oh my god. It's been so long!" Mrs. Winters exclaimed as Aurora chuckled. She, then looked behind Rory, at Jack.

Jack's face turned red and he slowly raised his hand to wave, very, very nervously.

"You're Jacques, right?" Kaitlyn asked.

Jack tried to speak but then looked at Aurora.

"Yeah. He's Jack." Aurora replied, "Mom, why don't you come in?"

Kaitlyn walked in and Aurora noticed that she didn't have any baggage. She sighed in relief because this meant that her mom wasn't coming to stay. Kaitlyn and Jack had one awkward hug, mainly because of Jack but Rory quietly told him to go along with it. And that was when Marcus walked in.

Aurora was very sure that Marcus was even more nervous than Jack.

"Mrs. Winters! Hello!" Marcus greeted Kaitlyn and she hugged him too.

"Why don't you sit down mom? I'll be right back." Aurora remarked, "Mark, why don't you come and help me?" She frowned and Marcus nodded, suggesting he understood her and they both walk off to the kitchen, leaving Jack alone with Kaitlyn.
Jack tried to give them signs to take him with them but they were long gone.

Marcus entered the kitchen after Aurora, in astonishment. The kitchen was a worse mess than Seb's bedroom. All dishes from last night, in the sink. Who was supposed to do the dishes, again? Right. Felix.
There was a broken egg on the floor, which Jack almost slipped on earlier. The blender was dirty too and the stove, yeah, nobody could even explain that.

"Lemme guess. Max?" Marcus raised his eyebrows.

"He was probably in a rush for work." Aurora replied, "Okay. Okay. Okay...what am I supposed to make for her!?"

Marcus raised his shoulders, gesturing an "I don't know".

"Max is supposed to bring groceries today! He's going to come late though. Mark!!! What do we do!?"

Marcus took out his left hand, held Rory's hand and placed his right one on top. "Hey. I got this. You go back to your mom."

Rory looked at her hand and then stared into his sky blue eyes worryingly. But that worry turned to relief soon. Marcus was always like this. He would do anything for a friend, or at least Aurora. Aurora wanted to say no and do it herself but she knew she could trust Marcus with anything.

She returns to Kaitlyn and nobody was more relieved than Jacques to see her come back. Right at that moment, another person walked in, only it wasn't a person, it was people. Felix and Sebastian. The worst part wasn't the fact that they didn't even stop to look around, it was that Sebastian wasn't wearing a fricking shirt!

Aurora looked at her mom, who was staring at Sebastian and she was startled.  Sebastian finally looked at Kaitlyn and smiled, "Oh, hello Mrs. Winters!"

"...hello" Kaitlyn replied, probably trying to process the thought of her daughter living with creatures like him.

Aurora widened her eyes on Sebastian as he mouthed "what?" to her. She mentally face palmed and tried to gesture Felix, who then told him what she was saying. That was an interesting interaction. It would've been worse if Marcus didn't come in with Blueberry pancakes to save the day! Oh, God bless Mark!!!

After a little bit of talking, it seemed like Mrs. Winters actually liked Marcus and she definitely gave some weird looks to Seb a lot. Jack was just happy everyone was there, so he could become John Cena again.

"Would ya look at the time? I gotta go." Mrs. Winters said looking at her watch.

"Wait, you're not staying?" Aurora asked even though she already deduced that.

"Nah, hon. I'm here on some business. I'm gonna leave tonight." Kaitlyn remarked as she got up and picked up her purse. Everyone else also got up after her.

"Mrs. Winters, you're totally welcome to stay if you like." Marcus smiled at her.

Kaitlyn also smiled back, "Don't ya worry, boy. I'll come try 'n visit soon."
Aurora walked her to the cab up front.

"How's dad?" Aurora asked in a low voice. Kaitlyn looked at her and opened her arms to hug her.

"He 'gon visit soon, darlin'. Don't ya worry." Her mom replied.

Aurora chuckled as she pulled away the hug, "Sure. That's what he said last year. We only meet when I come home. I respect that he's a cop, but...seriously!?"

Kaitlyn looked in her eyes and sighed, "Ya know how he feels about ya livin' with these...boys."

"Mom...Sebastian is just...very open..."

"Yeah. Definitely saw that." Kaitlyn nodded while frowning.

"They're not like that. I've known them long enough to trust them."

"Ya can't trust anyone, hon. Mark them words."

Kaitlyn sat in the cab as she bid Rory goodbye and there she went with the wind.
Aurora walked in and saw Felix and Sebastian on the couch, watching television, probably football. She sat next to them and rubbed her face. Sebastian saw her and took his arm over Felix, to Rory and pulled her hair tie, which undid her bun and revealed her layered hair.

"HEY!" Aurora yelled at Sebastian and Sebastian, along with Felix started to laugh.
She took a pillow and tried to hit Sebastian, who moved away. So, she ended up hitting Felix and fell on top of him. Felix's eyebrows shot up as he was left dumbfounded. He stared at Rory, his eyes getting a read of her whole face. He hoped that he would look away but something inside him wanted to stay like that forever. Rory's eyes were still widened as she lightly gritted her teeth.

Meanwhile, Sebastian was sitting comfortably, laughing even more. And SMACK! Out of nowhere, a pillow hit his face. He glanced to his side, and saw Marcus standing there, smirking at him. Sebastian tried to throw it back at Mark, who ran around the couch in order to not get hit.
Aurora tried to stand up but Felix pushed her. Just when she was about to fall, he slipped his hand onto her arm and held tight.

"Apologize or get hit." Felix remarked showing her the pillow in his other hand.

"To you? Never, blondie." Aurora laughed as Felix pulled her up and hit her.

In all this, the front door opened and someone walked in. He was a lean boy with medium long, chestnut brown hair. His sea green eyes scoured the whole room. He gave a wide smile and started to walk towards all of them.

"Are we doing a pillow fight!?" He jumped excitedly.

"Well, what does it look like, Max?" Aurora's voice has some ups and downs as she was trying to hide from Felix.

Just as Maximus picked up a pillow, everyone went silent, hearing someone's footsteps. They all looked in the same direction and saw Jack standing there, glaring at everyone nervously.
Everyone looked at each other, smiled  and made a run after Jack, who tried to outrun them but got caught in the hurdle.

Doing all of this, they ended up in Aurora's room and making a whole bunch of mess. Everyone got tired so Sebastian, Felix and Marcus jumped on her bed and Jack leaned by the wall.
Max and Aurora lay down on the carpet, stared at each other for a while and started laughing out loud which made everyone else, even Jack, laugh.
