After we had left the Sovereign Palace, the Guardians and I board a spaceship. A song called Lake Shore Drive by Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah plays on a cassette tape as Rocket sits at the head of the ship and prepares to take off.

"Welcome to the Milano, Kaitlyn. Make yourself at home. Feel free to help yourself with anything you like." Peter says.

"Whoa, this is awesome." I say as I look around the ship in awe.

"I know, right? I've had this thing since I was ten years old." Peter says.

"Wait, this is your ship?" I ask.

"Yes, it is." Peter says.

"Cool. So that makes you the captain. Like Captain Kirk." I say.

"Exactly." Peter says, pointing at me.

"Wow." I say.

I walk up to a giant clear glass window and overlook the city as the ship flies away. Groot was lying on one of the panels of the window and watches the city with me. When the city was no longer in view, I make my way towards the back of the ship. Peter was changing into a grey sweatshirt and Gamora was handcuffing her sister, Nebula.

"That stuff about my father...who does she think she is?" Peter says.

"I know you're sensitive about that." Gamora says.

"I'm not sensitive about it. I just don't know who he is." Peter says. "Sorry if it seemed like I was flirting with the High Priestess. I wasn't."

"I don't care if you were." Gamora says, leaving the room.

"Well, I feel like you do care. That's why I'm apologizing. So, sorry!" Peter says.

"Gamora is not the one for you, Quill." Drax says, making me and Peter jump.

"Jeez." I say.

"There are two types of beings in the universe those who dance, and those who do not." Drax says.

"Mmm-hmm." Peter says.

"I first met my beloved at a war rally. Everyone in the village flailed about, dancing. Except one woman. My Ovette." Drax says. "I knew immediately she was the one for me. The most melodic song in the world could be playing. She wouldn't even tap her foot. Wouldn't move a muscle. One might assume she was dead."

"That does sound pretty hot." Peter says.

"It would make my nether regions engorge." Drax says.
