"Rear thrusters are out again! We're done for without that generator!" Yondu says as he and Nebula steer the ship when one of the fleet hits the thrusters. Nebula presses a button on her wrist and her forearm opens up.
Peter and I fly towards their ship as a blast hits the ground of the ship, causing me and Peter to fly into each other. We look up to see the Sovereign fleet surrounding us. While Nebula was attaching some wires to her arm, Yondu was messing with the controls.
"Guardians...perhaps it will provide you solace...that your deaths are not without purpose. They will serve as a warning to all of those tempted with betraying us. Don't screw with the Sovereign." Ayesha says. They begin to fire at the ship.
"This is gonna hurt." Yondu says to Nebula.

"Promises, promises." Nebula says. Yondu smirks and flips on some switches. He turns a lever, shocking Nebula as she screams, then the thrusters turn back on blasting all of the Sovereign fleet. A gas canister flies into the ship next to me and Peter.
"Peter!" I say. My eyes widen when I see that the canister is leaking as Peter puts an arm around me.
"We're gonna blow!" Peter says just as Yondu whistles and the ship blows up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Down below, Gamora, Drax, and Mantis watch as the ship blows up. "Kaitlyn! Peter! No!" Gamora shouts. Nebula lands a few feet away from her and the two sisters share a look. Nebula looks up and Gamora follows her gaze to see Peter using his jet pack to float down while I held onto him and Yondu was using his red arrow.
Peter looks up at Yondu and laughs. "What?" Yondu asks.
"You look like Mary Poppins." Peter says, making me chuckle. He was hanging onto his arrow the same way Mary Poppins used her umbrella.
"Is he cool?" Yondu asks.
Peter looks at me and I smile. He looks back at Yondu. "Yeah, he's cool."
"I'm Mary Poppins, y'all!" Yondu shouts.
