" you better not spoil the movie Jordan." Naomi laughed as she sat on his couch.
" i promise i wont this time. " he replied
Jordan and Naomi were hanging out for the 5th time in a row.
Nai and Jalen hadn't been talking much, let alone hanging out.
plus, Jordan was fun to hang out with.
and he was far from ugly.
Jalen found himself talking to Ryan more and more as his days went on. he didn't fully forgive her but that didn't matter to her. She just wanted him back.
Jalen hated holding grudges, so he unblocked her. unblocking turned to liking each other's posts. likes turned to comments. comments turned to texts.
and texts turned to phone calls.
Naomi and Jalen were close so she noticed the changes in his behavior and asked him about it.
He truthfully told her he and Ryan were back on speaking terms.
Nai honestly felt Jalen was a little more than a friend. She even felt as if she liked him. She brushed that all away when she was told Ryan was back in the picture.
Naomi started getting distant from Jalen so her feelings for him would go away. in that time she went to another party with Destinee and Makyla. Jordan and her almost immediately clicked. she never really talked to him outside of their friend group. ever since they've been getting closer and hanging out nonstop.
this was strictly a friendship though.
" are you cold? " Jordan asked Naomi from his side of the couch.
" a little. " she shrugged in response.
" come here. " Jordan lowley spoke lifting up his blanket and arm, indicating she came and laid with him.
she got up and slid under him slowly. the last time the two were this close was the night of the party when they were drunk.
" relax Nai. "
