Shigaraki x OC (Happy Birthday) (Smut/Fluff)

This is I guess a rewrite of the 2 part happy birthday oneshots I made a WHILE ago. This will be one part and will obviously be much better than what it was. I was really bad at writing back then lol. Well anyways, let's start the oneshot I guess!

Shigaraki paced relentlessly around his room. He was nervous and pissed at himself. Would she like it? Is it actually good enough? Was it too over the top? His mind raced with thoughts and a shit ton of doubts.

To explain why he was so nervous, it is Lilly's birthday. He found out from Dabi. He didn't know how Dabi knew her birthday but he did. Shigaraki wanted to do something nice for her so he decided to make her a new mask. Well he bought a mask and then made it better. He wasn't sure if she would like it but he might as well try.

He shook away his nerves and grabbed the mask, walking out of his room. He walked along the long hallway, getting closer and closer to her bedroom. He shakily knocked at her door and heard a "come in". He slowly opened the door and walked into her room, closing the door behind him.

"Hey Tomura", Lilly said, walking up to him.
"Do you need anything?"
"Umm-, just sit next to me"
"Oh okay then?"
Shigaraki sat on the edge of her bed and patted a spot on the bed next to him. Lilly confusingly sat down next to him.
"So what is it?", Lilly asked.
"Well I wanted to give you something"
Shigaraki grabbed the mask out of his pocket and held it out to her. Lilly grabbed it from him, and looked at it very confused.

"I'm so confused, why are you giving me a mask?", Lilly asked.
"Well I know you haven't worn a mask since your other one was destroyed, so I decided to make you another one"
"B-but why?", Lilly asked looking at him.
"I know the mask keeps you centered because of all the voices in your head and it's also because of something else"
"Happy Birthday!", Shigaraki said smiling.

Lilly stared at the mask and tears filled her eyes. She looked at him and he started to get worried, seeing her eyes filled with tears. Lilly smiled and lunged at him, wrapping her arms around him and burying her head in her neck. Shigaraki jumped and was shocked that she was hugging him. He hugged her back, gasping as he felt his shirt get a little wet. Lilly pulled away, wiping away her tears.
"Sorry", Lilly sniffed.
"It's fine, I just didn't expect you to be so happy", Shigaraki said smiling.
"Wait how'd you know that it was my birthday?"
"Dabi told me"
"Of course he did", Lilly laughed.

"And thank you by the way, for the gift", Lilly said smiling at him.
"W-well I have another gift for you"
"Another gift?", Lilly asked, staring at him.
"Well it's only if you want it", Shigaraki said nervously.
"Why wouldn't I want the gift?"
"It's something different", Shigaraki said.
"Different?", Lilly asked.
Lilly gasped lightly as Shigaraki cupped her cheek, leaning forward until their lips were a breaths away.
"S-so this gift really is different", Lilly laughed.
"Yeah it is", Shigaraki said fidgeting.
"And yes, I want the gift", Lilly said, putting her hand on his shoulder and making their lips barely touch.

Shigaraki smiled and connected their lips into a loving, passionate kiss. Lilly leaned forward and wrapped her arms around his neck, deepening the kiss. Shigaraki's free hand gripped her waist and pulled her to where she was sitting on his lap, legs wrapped around his waist, arms around his neck, chests touching one another's. Their lips ran against each other's, getting rougher and more passionate by the second. Both of them pulled away though, panting and out of breath from the kiss.

"That was amazing", Shigaraki said.
"Yeah it was", Lilly smiled.
"How about you stay in my room tonight, we can hang out", Lilly suggested.
"Yeah that sounds nice"
"So what do you want to do?", Shigaraki asked.
"Well we can sleep in the bed together", Lilly said, smirking.
"Wait do you mean what I think you mean", Shigaraki said shocked.
"Well it is my birthday after all", Lilly said cupping his face.
"You sure you want to?", Shigaraki asked, lacing their fingers together.
"Yes I really want to, only if you're up for it"
"Well let's get this started then", Shigaraki said, turning her head to the side and brushing away her hair, leaning forward and started kissing her neck. His kisses were soft at first but started to get rougher and rougher. He sucked and bit at her skin making her start to moan. She gripped his hair as he trailed his kisses down her neck, kissing and nipping at her collarbone. He went down further until he reached the top of her shirt.

He looked up at her and she nodded. He ran his hands up her shirt and she lifted her arms up, allowing him to take off her shirt. He continued his kisses until he got to her covered breasts. He kissed the part of her breasts that weren't covered by her bra.
"Hmmm Tomura", Lilly moaned out as he sucked part of her breast.
He kept kissing her breast and Lilly started getting frustrated.
"Just take off my fucking bra", Lilly said pulling his head away.
"Oh yes my queen", Shigaraki smirked.
"Bastard", Lilly laughed.
Shigaraki smiled and gripped the back of her bra, unclipping it and throwing it somewhere in the room.

His eyes trailed down to her exposed breasts.
"How about you stop staring and continue what you were doing", Lilly said, pulling him closer to her. Shigaraki chuckled and leaned forward, taking her nipple in his mouth. Lilly cried out, gripping his hair and pulling more of her breast into his mouth. Shigaraki pulled away suddenly and picked her off his lap, pinning her to the bed. He looked down and she nodded, allowing him to take her pants off. He leaned down and kissed at her stomach, heading down to her navel. He kissed along the top of her panties and pulled them down with his teeth. Lilly sighed and leaned her head back, enjoying how he kept kissing along her body. He suddenly pulled away and took off his shirt and pants, leaving him in his black boxers.

Shigaraki scanned his eyes along her body, ravishing it. His eyes stared at her bare sex and she blushed, covering herself. He chuckled and pulled her hands away, leaning forward.

Lilly smiled and kissed him. He smiled and kissed her back. His hand trailed down and hovered over her cunt. He slowly pushed a finger in and Lilly gasped, pulling away from the kiss and throwing her head back.
"Shit Tomura!", Lilly moaned.
He thrusted his finger in and out of her, making Lilly cry out moans. He pushed two more fingers in her and almost moaned at how she was clenching around his fingers. She gripped his forearm as he thrusted his fingers in and out of her.

She wrapped her legs around his waist and pulled him deeper inside of her. He stopped kissing at her neck and connected their lips. Lilly ran her hands through his hair as he kept thrusting into her. "Yeah that was", Shigaraki said, combing his hand through her hair. Lilly sighed as he massaged her scalp.
"Thank you, this is the best birthday I've had in a long time"
"It's no problem, I'm glad you had fun"
"So what was your favorite gift?", Shigaraki asked.
"I don't know which is better, a new mask or having sex with The Tomura Shigaraki", Lilly smiled.
Shigaraki laughed and kissed her head.
"I love you so much Lilly", Shigaraki said, kissing her cheek.
"I love you so much Tomura", Lilly said and kissed his chest.
"Happy birthday Lilly", Shigaraki smiled.
Lilly smiled and kissed him. He kissed her back. They pulled away and cuddled against each other, falling asleep in each other's arms.
