3rd Person POV

Zuko rushed and got dressed but before he could run out the door, Sokka grabbed his shoulder. "Baby, I know this might be dumb to ask but, are you okay? What did they do to you?" Zuko stared at him in disbelief. "What did they do!? I'll tell you what they fucking did, they raped me, Sokka! They tied me to a desk and let Vanessa Sampson ride me! That's what they did!". Zuko let tears fall and he yelled.

Sokka attempted to hug him. He didn't think they could do something so cruel, and he mentally punched himself for leaving. "Why couldn't I have just told Zuko to come with me. If I hadn't left him alone, this wouldn't have happened", Sokka thought to himself.

"And to answer your question, Sokka, no! I'm not fucking okay!" More tears ran down Zuko's face and Sokka's heart broke. Zuko was crying, he got raped. And he blamed himself. He went to hug Zuko. He wasn't there before but now he was. And once he was done comforting Zuko he was gonna beat the fuck out of those three maniacs.

"Get off me Sokka! How could you do this to me!?", Zuko shoved him away. "I know, I know, I'm sorry I left you but-" "No, I'm talking about letting them do this to me! You didn't tell me, do you care about me at all", Zuko yelled. "OF COURSE I FUCKING CARE", Sokka yelled at the top of his lungs. "OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T!"

Zuko's hadn't stopped and Sokka's eyes were beginning to fill with his own. "Zuko, I swear to you, I knew they were gonna do something-" "See, there it is! You knew but you didn't want to risk losing baseball. This is exactly what I mean! You don't care about me, all you care about is you, baseball and keeping your jerk friends like Austin and Toby!" "They're not my friends!"

Sokka made a second attempt to comfort Zuko. He needed him to listen, but it was obvious he needed something. Sokka knew he needed a hug, even if he didn't think he did. "Babe, please just let me explain", Sokka tried to reason. He lightly reached for Zuko's hand but got slapped right across the face instead, "Don't "babe" me!", he yelled.

This was the first time Sokka had ever been hit by Zuko. He was stunned. He understood that Zuko was upset, but he didn't expect him to do this. He felt his cheek sting and tears falled silently. He looked up at Zuko, but his face didn't show any remorse. It was just filled with pain.

"I didn't know they were gonna do this, Zuko! And I tried to tell you, that night I went to your house", Sokka stated. He tried hard to stand his ground. But Zuko's hating glare was stronger. "Stop lying to me! Just tell me the truth so I can be done with you", he grimaced.

Sokka's heart stopped. "What...what do you mean be done with me? Zuko, a-are you breaking up with me", he asked. His voice was now laced with his tears. "You don't care about me, Sokka. All you care about is baseball and keeping your position on the team. Dating with was a mistake in the first place", Zuko said. Usually his voice was light and happy around Sokka. Now his voice was dry and dull. "Zuko, no, no, please wait", Sokka called.

In a desperate attempt to make him stay, Sokka grabbed his wrist. That's when he saw the bruises from the rope, but that sight was soon gone as Zuko turned around. His eyes had a fire in them and for once, Sokka was scared. "Zuko, plea-"

Beige Sokka could finish, Zuko pushed him as hard as he could. Sokka tumbled back and fell, banging his head on the desk so hard, it drew blood. Sokka held in a sob, not only because of the pain but because he was losing Zuko too. This wasn't how the night was supposed to go. The situation sunk in with Zuko and he saw what he had done. He watched as someone he was supposed to love was not sobbing with his head busted open. Because of him..his worst fear, he had become his father.

But Zuko ran. To much had happened. He was mad, no, he was livid at Sokka. He loathed him but he didn't, he loved that idiot. And he felt so incredibly guilty for what he had done. And it wasn't until he had ran to his car that he realized what had happened. And as he drove home, his eyes blurry form the tears that never stopped, he was all alone. And back at the school, Sokka thought the same way.
