Kissing your cheek

"And I would never forget you, your smile and the moments we had. They will last forever, just like our love"

Dream smiled brightly at both of them, being happy about their company.

A few minutes of talking later, Sapnap went to get something to eat for Dream, even though he said that he wasn't hungry.

While Sapnap went outside, George peeked through the door for a moment, but he regretted it instantly.

A few nurses were taking a bed away, a person, which had their face fully covered, in it.

George looked back to Dream again, who was looking a bit more tired than before.

"Are you tired?", George asked kindly, caressing his cheek.

"Hmm... A bit. But I can sleep later", he moved his own hand to the brunettes, giving him a few butterflies with this touch.

"You tell me, if you need something, yeah?", George asked again, Dream nodded right after.

"Can you even stand up?", he sounded a bit worried, but tried to hide his guilt from the blonde one.

"No... I can move my hands a bit though, as you already have seen", he smiled brightly and George was surprised how positive he was about everything.

Almost as if he knew that everything will be alright again.

"You're always so happy...", he was trying to smile too, but it still wasn't the best thing to see his boyfriend in front of him in a hospital bed, after an accident.

"Well, how can't I be happy with you? You are the most amazing person of the whole world, George. You're the reason to make me smile", the blonde one slightly blushed, but his smile grew even more, "I'm glad that I found my soulmate. And I'm glad that you're healthy".

"You're stupid", the brunette shook his head, but didn't let his eyes off Dream.

"I know", Clay mocked him and his british accent.

"Shut up", George giggled and rolled his eyes.

"Never", they looked each other in the eyes, bursting out of laughter after a moment.

It all was fun, until Dream started coughing again, this time even worse.

"Are you sure you're okay?", George quickly asked, being more worried than he ever has been.

"Yeah, yeah", he continued coughing, "it's normal, don't worry. They told me it's normal", Dream spoke fastly, assuring George that it's fine.

George didn't believe him though.

"Do you need something to drink?", George furrowed his eyebrows and hoped that he truly is okay, but of course, he didn't believe it at all.

"No, thanks", he smiled again, relaxing his body after the painful coughs.

The worried expression didn't leave George's face though.

And it wasn't unnoticed by Dream.

"It's really okay. It didn't hurt at all", he tried to make him at least a tiny bit less worried.

After that, the blonde one yawned slightly, shutting his eyes for a moment.

"When I passed out, memories of me and you were playing almost like in a dream", Clay held his eyes closed and smiled peacefully.

"I wasn't scared at all, because of that", he opened them again and turned his head to George a bit more.

"That was cute", he yawned again and George just shook his head, because of his silly words.
