Prelude

Emma felt instantly guilty when she told Candace that she was wrong. She told Candace that she wouldn't help Manny and find out what made him like that. But she couldn't dwell on that. She had to fight this. Everyone on this plane is going insane because of some rumor. Usually, Ben would make up something like this

and Emma would take the fall for it. Every single time. Ben would get everyone excited or even scared, only to leave them in complete disappointment. She was surprised that anyone would believe him at this point. But no. Emma was bitterly surprised.

  Emma then figured out what she needed to do. Dylan needed to know that Ben is trying to endanger everyone, by telling all the passengers that Ben's trying to overthrow him. Like he always does.

  Emma walked to the cockpit. Her rushed pace warned everyone not to be in her way. All eyes seemed to be on her when she finally reached the door where Dylan was behind.

  A sigh was all that seemed to be planted in her way.

Honestly, I had no idea that this book would be such a time waster. It's almost been a year since I first had the idea for this book and decided to write it. My first books and short stories were always discontinued, and I didn't like it. So, I gave up on those or lost them. For more than half of my life I've been writing on pen and paper or typing on a kindle. Then suddenly I got a computer and I decided to write. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into this and I strongly suggest you read until the end of the third chapter (that's when it gets really exciting!) and see how you think of it then.

Just know for all of you who don't like this beginning of the book or even like the book for that matter, that all my writing helps me become a better author and writer and it's a way for me to escape from the real world.

So, in all the chaos this world is coming to, will you spend your day escaping the real world to join mine? I assure you; it will not be a waste of your time. :)
