Confrontation.
They all knew that they had to confront Dylan about all that had happened. They had no idea where they were or where they were going but going into something blindly is better than practically getting kidnapped.
Ben, Omar, Candace, Regina, and Gemma decided that the whole crowd and themselves should go to the cockpit and threaten or bribe Dylan. Paula decided to stay behind just in case of back up.Ben led the group of people to the cockpit where Dylan hid. Ben stopped right where the doorknob was, and he tried twisting it. He couldn't. It was locked.
"It's locked," Ben told everyone.
"Let's take down the door!" a voice behind Ben shouted.
"Yeah, let's take it down!" another voice agreed.
Many other voices shouted their agreements and they began to push against the door. Kicks, punches, and pushes crashed against the door to the cockpit. Omar and Ben were also kicking the door.
A single voice came from the inside of the cockpit. "I'm innocent! You guys are crazy!" Dylan pleaded.
Not a single person believed him and stopped. The passengers continued to pound and kick. Their protests were vocal and loud. The thumping on the door was enough to knock it down. The sleek slender door was not the most strong yet held as if on the verge of life. It was on the verge of collapsing, but couldn't it collapse sooner?
"No! Don't! Don't you guys hear him? He's innocent! You are all jumping into crazy conclusions that you do not fully understand! Stop now and you may be forgiven for your conspiracies," Emma yelled at them while getting in the way of the crowd between the door.
"Get out of the way, Emma!" Her beloved cousin pleaded.
"No! You are insane! Can't you see reason?" Emma cried.
"Emma, I swear, if you don't get out of the way you will be punched and kicked like the door you stand before. Now, get out," Omar seriously told her.
She huffed and ran to the back of the plane. After she was gone the kicking continued and they synchronized their efforts.
"One, two, three, go!" They all kicked after three. The sound of the door hinges shuttering was a good sign. Again, someone voiced the count down.
"One, two, thr–"
"I have a gun!" Dylan shouted from beyond the door once more.
Confused looks came all around the room. Others were hesitant to kick more.
"Why didn't you tell us that to begin with?!" someone shouted behind Ben. Ben looked at the voice and found a man who suspiciously looked like Regina. He assumed by the resemblance he was her brother.
"Because, unlike you psychopaths, I don't want to hurt you," Dylan surely lied to them.
"What if he actually does have a gun?" Ben asked in a low whisper.
"He could just be tricking us. He has been doing it this whole time," Candace said.
"But, if he does have a gun then we are in some serious trouble," a girl said, muffled by the mass of people around her.
"But what can we do? We have to assume that he doesn't and he's bluffing."
"I say we continue to break down the door until he shoots at us," Candace laughed.
"No! It's too risky."
"I think we have no proof."
"Well, if we continue, I'm not helping."
