Feriha had been unsuccessful in helping her husband by carying him to the safety of their tribe and had fallen unconscious too by the injuries she had sustained. Her body lay motionless on the floor and her husband's on the horse, their lives slipping away. 10 minutes passed and a man of great wisdom and knowledge came riding through the area with one of his followers.
The pair stopped at the sight of the injured couple and dismounted their horses l and swiftly ran up to them. The follower ran to the horse and assessed the injury of the unconscious man on the horse. The wise man cheked the pulse of the girl before noticing the blood beneath her. Carefully, he turned her body over and noticed a large and deep gash on the poor girl's back.
"Shaykh, my shaykh! This man has been shot with an arrow that is grazing his heart! He still has a pulse, is there anything we can do for him?" He asked the wise man. "The girl has a wound on her back and it is looking very bad too. Is there any indication of where they're from?" He asked his follower. "Yes. His weapons are formed from the steel found in the nomad Kayi tribe" he replied.
"Then we will help them as much as possible here before taking them to their tribe" the old man answered. They lay the couple down on the grass and opened their sack of medicinal products and equipment and got to work trying to save them.
