hey everyone.

i hope you all had a very happy holiday season this year, and i just want to let all of you know how thankful i am for each and every one of you for getting this book to where it is today.

i love you guys and i appreciate all of the love and support you all have given me over the past year. i missed the 1 year anniversary on december 8, but that doesn't mean we can have a late celebration.  never in a million years did i think that i would get to 87.2k reads.  that's insane to me considering that i am SO insecure about my writing.  thank you thank you thank you for all the votes and rereads and the comments.  your comments always crack me up.

with that being said, i just needed to formally update y'all on where this book will be going in the future.

as of right now, i don't plan to continue finishing this book anymore.  i lost my passion for writing this past semester, and i've tried everything i could to get it back, but nothing helps.  i know you all love this story very much and either adore the romance between selena and remus or put yourself in the place of selena, whichever makes you happiest, but there's not gonna be anything new coming to y'all any time soon.

my mental health is at its lowest point, and i just can't bring myself to do anything no less than write up a couple thousand words for a new chapter.  i'm sorry and i wish it wasn't that way because i would love to put out new content, but even just typing out one word is mentally exhausting for me.

i also have come to recent terms that i'm asexual, so writing/reading smut makes me really uncomfortable now.

i'll keep both of my books up so that you all can reread them and also for nostalgia purposes for myself, but i'm sorry to say that this story is now discontinued until further notice.

again, thank y'all for the constant love.  have a great rest of your year, and i hope 2022 is everything you guys wish for and more <3
