After what feels like hours locked in a massive cell, the doors finally open and standing there is Thanos, smirking his evil smile. "We're almost there, come little one. You will be my key to Asgard."

"No," You sigh defiantly, turning away from him. "I'd rather you kill me now than help you destroy that world." He walks towards you, his footsteps echoing around the large empty room; the size of him making the room shake. Crouching down in front of you, his giant hand, almost the size of your head turns your face to look at him.

"I won't destroy this world," His eyes gleam in the darkness, terrifying you. "But I will take that 'God' that you love and tear him limb from limb in front of you." Stopping to think before gripping your chin tighter. "And then I'll skin Stark alive, but not before I make your brothers watch as I slowly break every part of you, making you beg for death." A twisted smile crawls across his face. "All I am asking is that you speak to the Watcher, and we can do this peacefully." Completely shaken at his words, you simply nod. He lets go of your face before extending a hand out to you, helping you to your feet.

As you make it to the bridge of the ship, you can clearly see Asgard in the distance. You had only briefly seen it up close, but the beauty of it from a distance startles you. Nebula and Gamora give you a sympathetic look as you march past them, heading straight for the window. Glaive gives you a nudge once again, almost knocking you to your feet. "I can't wait to watch you die," You mutter under your breath, but Thanos hears, even smiles at your bravery.

"You are entering Asgardian space," a voice rings out, making you awkwardly smile as you recognise Heimdall's tone.

"Heimdall," You reach out before he can say anymore. "It's me, Kate."

"Lady Kate," This time Heimdall's voice rings only in your head. "We have been looking for you." His tone is sympathetic, yet stern. "The Allfather will never let this monster pass into Asgard without a bloodshed."

"I know, I'm sorry." You talk back to him in your mind too, having had plenty practice with Loki. You catch Thanos looking at you, clearly knowing what you're doing. He makes a fist with his gauntleted hand, making the power stone glow. "Heimdall. To save a massacre, let me have access to Asgard," You say out loud before looking at Thanos as he nods, remembering what he had asked you to say. "I will be an ambassador for the mighty Titan Thanos," You almost choke at those words. "I only wish to speak with the Allfather, nothing else."

After a long pause Heimdall finally replies. "The Allfather will consider it."

"He has ten minutes." Thanos' voice booms out. "Or Ragnarok will come early to Asgard." He threatens, making the fear already building in your stomach flood your entire body. Before Thanos can pull you away, you hear another voice in your head.

"Keep calm Kate, we are all here. Be prepared." Loki's voice rings out. "And Thor has a message." Suddenly an image of Thor floods your mind; him telling you he loved you as you prepared to leave with Thanos. It then shifts to your entire family, the whole team standing in the halls of Asgard, suited up. Prepared for war.

"Loki, he has the power stone. I found the soul stone. This isn't going to end well. You need to get your people to safety now!" You practically yell at him in your mind. "The only person that can stop him is your father. Please Loki."

But there's no reply.

Having finally landed in one of Thano's smaller ships, you begin the long march down the halls of Asgard, Thanos' children right at your back. Soldiers are lined up along the hallway, each of them gripping spears tightly; you can feel the tension rippling through the air as you get closer to Odin's throne room. Surprisingly Heimdall is waiting for you at the entrance. "Lady Kate," He nods, his orange eyes full of care, but his voice stern.

"Heimdall," You sigh, relief in your voice at the sight of him, "Can we just get this over with?" He simply nods, turning and extending an arm to you. Despite the looks from Glaive and Midnight, you link your arm through Heimdall's, happy that he's there to help you. The last few days without food, water, or sleep has finally caught up with you, even though it was your choice not to partake in them, you were riding the adrenaline high, now it was almost gone completely.

Stepping through the great hall, you're surprised to find it empty, compared to the lines of soldiers that adorned your walk here. "As requested, it'll just be you and the Allfather," Heimdall pats your arm, with a sly wink, one that Glaive and Midnight don't see as they're too busy assessing for threats. "He does ask that you two remain a few steps behind. As will I before you argue..." The two of them nod, as Heimdall let's you go on alone to approach Odin, perched on his throne in almost the same position you had seen him in last time.

"I see your ignorance is unchanging woman," Odin booms, his words echoing through the hall, the way he snarls would normally build up an anger within you; but right now you're too tired, and far too terrified to snarl back. "Whatever this nonsense is, let it be done with, so these creatures," he almost growls as he looks at Glaive and Midnight, "Can crawl back to whatever hole they came from."

"Allfather," Your voice is timid, almost shaking. "I come as a humble servant of the great Titan Thanos," You can feel bile rise up in your throat at your words. Odin scoffs before allowing you to continue. "It is a simple request, one that is unbefitting of a king, however, there is no-one wiser in the whole of Asgard than you." You bow your head, hoping that even Odin will see through the mask you're wearing; see that you're begging for help. You subtly try to look around the room, hoping for a sight of anyone else in the room; praying that there won't be.

"Get on with it," Odin remarks, looking at you with nothing but contempt. "Flattery will get your nowhere." You take a few steps forward, Odin matching your gaze as you approach him with the map, you hand it over to him. He barely looks at it, before rolling it back up and placing it gently on the side of his throne. "And what am I supposed to do with this?"

"The great Titan Thanos asks that you translate it for him. Common translation technology has failed, and it will lead to a treasure he greatly desires..."

"I know what that thing desires." Odin barks; you can hear Glaive and Midnight hiss behind you. Lifting up the map again, and looking at it, Odin smirks. With a wave of his hand it disappears. "And I will not help him find it."

"You will do as asked if you want your people to survive," Midnight roars behind you, but Odin simply laughs.

"Is Thanos the King of Asgard? NO!" Odin yells, standing and walking gently towards you. Standing completely in front you, he places a hand on your shoulder. "When I say run," You hear Odin's voice in your head. "You run child, understand me." You simply bow your head, while he leaves your side and walks towards his aggressor. "While there is still blood in my veins and fire in my heart, no-one will TELL Odin Borson WHAT to do. Except for perhaps, my wife." He lets out a small chuckle.

"Then I'll make her choke on her own blood while she orders you to do as our Lord has commanded." Glaive takes a step towards you, aiming to grab you; you were their ticket out of here.

"That was a really stupid thing to say," You hear Odin breath out heavily. As you look on, a strange green glow emanates from Odin. As he turns back to look at you, his face full of anger, his voice changes. "Run." He simply states, before transforming completely into Loki; with an ire etched on his face that you had never seen before, not even in New York. He swipes at Glaive with knives that appear from nowhere, before Heimdall takes on Midnight. "I SAID RUN KATE!" Loki yells again, this time the anger in his voice actually making you move.
