Black Gryph0n: Wolves

A/N: I came up with this just so I could use this photo. I wanted an actual reason to save it to my phone beside my "personal reasons"( don't ask about those. I'm weird and I have problems).

*clears throat*

Anyway, here's a little info before you read. In this werewolf au, there are four groups: the north pack, the east pack, the west pack, and in the south is human civilization. The packs live it different territories: the north oack loves in the mountains, the east pack lives in the feilds, and the west pack lives in the woods. If humans are attack by a pack member and are either bitten or scratched, that human is then turned into a werewolf. Werewolves in the au have three forms:

1. Wolf form- they look like a normal wolves

2. Human form- they look like normal humans

3. Half form- half wolf, half human: a human body with fur is some places and their finger nails have become claws and their canine teeth are longer and their wolf tails and ears are visible.

When a werewolf goes into their human form or their half form, whether male or female, they are only partially covered. Men are shirtless but either wear pants or shorts. Females wears a tanktop and either shorts or pants. Both are barefoot. In all forms, they can talk.

The packs do fued but for the most part are peacful and have a montly gathering of truce. They do at time fight over territory and borders and sometimes food. Also the packs don't usually interact with humans unless they need to or just feel like it.

The packs have ranks: Alpha, 2nd in command, Beta(healer), fighters, hunters, patrollers, queens, elders, and omegas.

Humans are afraid of the packs but some try to hunt them down.

If I had known going into the woods would leave me running for my life. Then I wouldn't have gone in.

*a few minutes ago*

I was walking home after my shift at a local cafe. There weren't many people out now. A few street lights were but most of the light came from the moon.

As I was walking, I heard a strange sound coming from the woods. Strange sounds coming from the woods were normal but this sound was different. I couldn't make out what it sounded like but my curiosity was already peaked.

I started carefully down the grassy slope that separated the town from the woods. I hesitated for a moment before I stepped into the trees. It was much darker and I only had my phone's flashlight and the light of the moon to help me see. I wasn't gonna lie: I was scared. I had never gone into the woods before, much less by myself.

As I ventured further and further, I heard a twig snapped behind me. I turned around and I felt my heart fall in my chest. Through a bush, two glowing eyes were starring at me. I started backing up and without thinking, I took off running.

I turned over my shoulder to see a large grayish-brown wolf chasing after me. It was snarling and its fangs were bared. If I had known going into the woods would leave me running for my life. Then I would have gone in.

I was surprised that I was managing to out run it but I couldn't run forever. Because I hit a river. I stopped at the edge and turned out in horror. The wolf had caught up and was slowly stalking towards me, low growling came from its throat.
