*Present Day*
(They are now Ladybug-18 and Cat Noir-19)
"I think this is a new look for you Kitty. I love it, don't you? It really helps with the scowl you always have." Ladybug giggled dangerously. Cat Noir growled. She had tied him, with his own belt, upside down and drew a smile on his lips, and swirls all over him, adding a couple hearts here and there.
"Now, now, now. Growling is for dogs, not cats. Especially not a kitty." Ladybug laughed out loud. Cat Noir struggled to untie himself. Ladybug yawned. "You know, you're starting to bore me, so I'll just take this silver and gold, well fool's gold, cause I know the difference between real and fake gold; and I'll just leave." Ladybug gave a sweet smile and blinked multiple times in a mock sheepishness.
"Let. Me. Go." Cat Noir said with clenched teeth, still struggling. Ladybug giggled. "You're going to cut yourself, most likely, so I would stop struggling." Cat Noir glared at her. "No." Ladybug sighed. "You're not going to escape, and you're not going to get me, so you should just give up. This has been going on for, what? 5 years? Over 5 years? It's so hard to keep track. Cha anyway so, I'm going to leave, and you're not going to be able to get me."
"I'm going to get you! You know that, right? So watch out!" Ladybug turned to face Cat Noir, bending so she could be level with him. Smirking, she said, "that's never going to happen, and you know it." With that, she stood up and used her yo-yo to leave, setting off one of the sensors on purpose.
Ladybug stayed to watch the guards find Cat Noir tied up in his belt. They looked confused, looking around. Ladybug stifled a laugh. Ladybug pulled out her yo-yo and swung back to the criminal center.

Adrien scrubbed at his face with the washcloth. Ladybug was really annoying him. She always did. But he vowed to catch her, and he was going to do whatever it took to put her in jail. So far, he was VERY unsuccessful.
Zoe came skipping into the bathroom. "We told you. We told you. You said today you were going to catch her. We knew you wouldn't." Adrien rolled his eyes. "Shut up." Zoe shook her finger at him. "Watch your mouth, sir. Come on, ever since you dumped Lila, you've always been like depressed. Even more depressed than when you were with her."
"Zoe, I haven't been able to catch Ladybug. I haven't even gotten close to catching her! She just ties me up and runs away, leaving me struggling and depending on the police to untie me." Adrien rubbed his wrists.
"Will you please just listen to me and Nino for once? Will you PLEASE take a break? Poor Nino barely gets any sleep cause he's up thinking about how to help you, and if you'll be alright. He always gets pale when you come back empty-handed. Come on, he's trying to relax and read a book, join us or I'm not talking to you. Or helping you."
"Help me? What do you mean? You haven't ever tried to help me."
"That's because I've never had information. Now I do, but you're not getting it unless you take a break." Adrien sighed, giving in. "Fine." Zoe smiled and gently pulled his hands, knowing that they were sore.

Ladybug ran into the lair with joy. She burst into Hawkmoth's room to give him the jewel she had taken. But when she ran into the room, she saw Gabriel Agreste, obviously caught off guard by her burst into the room. He frantically shoved things away and exited out of things on his computer with a scowl on his face.
Ladybug frowned. "Didn't anyone tell you to knock?!" Ladybug stepped back. "I was just bringing you the sapphire. Jeez. Didn't anyone tell you to not yell at your daughter?" Gabriel sighed. "You're right, leave the sapphire and go upstairs."
Ladybug left puzzled. She knew he had been on edge these past couple of days, but she didn't know why, and she needed to find out.
