Yunhee knew that Seojin didn't need any kind of special medication. She also knew there's was no way Joo Dan Tae would leave them alone after the incident; let alone as Yunhee held possession of the key.

2 hours earlier~

"Hello, I'm here to give the patient her last shot of fluids", says the doctor. After injecting the liquid in and taking out Seojin's IV, the doctor was about to take the cart out the door.

"Wait..", Yunhee stood up.

"Can you leave that there?", she added, thinking of a plan.

The doctor agreed, confused.

Yunhee then took the cart and placed it next to Seojin, making it seem like the liquid was still flowing from the bag to her body.

PRESENT TIME

"Mr. Joo, you're under arrest for attempted murder of Ms. Cheon Seojin of Cheong Ah Arts Foundation", a pair of cops caught him before he left through the back exit of the hospital. Yunhee knew what to expect from Joo Dan Tae; and that was he'd never give up easy. Luckily she had let the police know beforehand of what might happen so they managed to get a hold of him mid-act.

Finally catching a shot of short relief, Yunhee slowly laid her head onto Seojin's leg, praying for her recovery.

DAY OF SURGERY

An hour before Seojin was taken into the operation, Eunbyeol and Rona both came and brought things she would need after the medical procedure.

The surgeons soon came to take Seojin away and consult a few last things with her gaurdian. After they drove Seojin off to the operating room, Yunhee sat down, willing to wait the full 5 hours the surgery would take.

3 HOURS INTO THE SURGERY

The competent surgeon managed to fix the bottom part of the spine and re-aline most of the out of placed bones. After moving towards the middle of the abdomen, he noticed the bone had moved even further towards the lung, making it even more of a dangerous risk to shift it.

He carefully hugged the tiny bone with his tweezers and gently pulled it out. With one wrong move, the bone made a small puncture to the lung.

Everyone panicked as the machine started beeping. "Her blood pressures dropping!", one of the assistants noted. "The heart rates exceeding!", the other noticed.

A YEAR LATER

"Rona, tell your sister to hurry, it's getting late", Oh Yunhee told them. They all dressed casually and headed to the car parked in the driveway of their new home.

Arriving at their destination, Yunhee took a deep breath and exited the car. She walked in the middle of her two kids, holding their hands as they walked through the cemetery.

"Let's go see mom"
