10. Part of mari's backstory

In Marinette's dream. Marinette sat up in a room she took a second to recognize. It was her old bedroom. She got up and went to the mirror she looked at herself and saw she was wearing her old style. The one she wore when she was 10. She heard a knock and opened the door to see her brother. Or at least him but younger. He said with a chuckle, "I know it's summer but try not to stay in so late." Marinette said something that came out in a whisper, "okay." Younger marcus then said, "Well T's waiting outside-." Marinette eyes widen and she ran outside. She saw Tikki and gave her the biggest hug. Tikki then said, "Woah. Hugging a little tight there aren't ya?" Marinette let go and giggled a bit at seeing Tikki. She then had a thought and started to run. But she ran into Amber. Amber shouted, "Hey watch where you're going!" Marinette got scared. Sure Amber was younger but so was she. Tikki then walked up and said, "Hey don't call us that it's not nice and you know Mari has sensitive ears!" Marinette looked at Tikki and smiled a bit. Amber then yells again, "Oh really I DIDNT KNOW!" Tikki pushed Amber and said, "Hey stop it!" Amber then said, "Don't touch me!" To which Tikki replied, "Dont yell at my friend!" Marinette already living through this and knowing where it would lead tried to stop this by saying, "Tikki it's ok..." To which Tikki replied, "No it's not I'm tired of her bullying us! Aren't you?" Marinette starting saying stuff but she kept getting quiet till neither of the two were even able to make out what she was saying. Tikki just stood their with a blank face and Amber started getting ticked. Amber then shouted, "UGHHHH SHUT UP!!!!!" Marinette started to tear up and apologized she couldn't tell why she was crying she just was. Amber then said, "Ughh you big baby!" Tikki goes closer to Marinette and tries to comfort her. Amber rolls her eyes and Tikki sees. Tikki shouts in anger, "Whats your problem?!" Amber replies, "I don't have a problem it's not my fault your friends a big baby!" Tikki pushed Amber again and said, "Dont call her!" Amber pushed back and said, "Hey I said don't touch me!" Tikki growls and Amber returns the growls. Marinette looks at the two still crying and quietly says, "Ti-tikki it's alright..." Tikki then says, "No it's not she can't keep calling you mean names and don't think I don't know about her hurting you!" Shock overcomes Marinette. She forgot Tikki knew. She held herself looking for warmth and bit her lip to try and stop herself from crying. Amber then said, "And what are you going to do about it huh fight me?!" Tikki replied, "Yeah maybe I will!" Marinette thought to herself. She remembered this was the day when it happened she tried to shout out but only whispered, "You can't!" Tikki unable to hear Marinette says, "This Friday night 7pm at the gym!" Marinette starts crying again and whispers, "n-no you can't! Don't!" Tikki yet again unable to hear Mari continues, "deal?" Amber responds, "I'll be their!" Then Amber walks off. Tikki looks at Marinette who's crying. Tikki says, "Hey why are you crying." In a comforting and concerned way. Marinette then whispers, "yo-you didn't have to do that you...." Tikki then says, "I did actually I'm tired of seeing her pick on you and hurting you!" Marinette asks, "You knew along didn't you...?" Tikki then responds, "Of course I did I'm your best friend." Marinette then questions, "Why didn't you saying anything?" Tikki then says, "I wanted you to tell me yourself!" Marinette responds, "I'm sorry I didn't..." Tikki smiles and says, "It's ok..." Then Tikki hugs Marinette. Marinette hugs back. And after a few seconds Marinette hears Tikki called her name. Marinette says, "Hm?" Before hearing Tikki call her name again. Then she hears Marcus shouting her name. Marinette wakes up to see Marcus who's looking at her worried. Marinette asks still in a sleepy dazed, "Marcus....? What's wrong?" Marcus then sighs and says, "You tell me. You were the one crying in her sleep. Again..." Marinette wipes her tear and says, "Oh sorry again... I was just.... Reliving an old memory..." Marcus then asks, "Are you okay now?" Marinette nods her head with a small but genuine smile.

Decided to post early today due to the fact I might be a bit busy later. Also a few things may have changed being that marinette was just dreaming so she already lived through it and tried to change some things. Also this isn't the whole marinette background there's a lot more heck there's even more with tikki cause it wasn't just she fought Amber then died if that's what you're thinking. I made another connection. Well not really connection more of a uh play on words i guess. This is giving me a brain fart. Bug out miraculors!
