*DISCONTINUED* Hidden Past

16. Delirious

The next day was friday and was gonna be Marinette's fifth night of no sleep. She felt different today... she was tired of course. Who wouldn't if they were used to getting the right amount of sleep everynight to no sleep at all. Things started getting weird for her. When she first saw her parents she thought they were stars. Like literally star shaped people. The second she blink it was gone so she ignored it. Marinette then went to school and everything was normal on the way there. Until she bumped into Adrien. When she first saw him she thought he was a bed. Her eyes widen and she shakes her head. Adrien gives her hand and she takes it after seeing him as human again well vampire. Adrien pulls Marinette up with great ease and asks her, "Are you okay?" due to the fact he knows she hadn't been sleeping the past few days. Marinette nods saying a quick yes and walks away. The rest of the day Marinette continues to catch certain people's attention. People being Alya and Marcus. When Marcus and Marinette got home Marcus asked, "Are you okay?" Marinette responded, "Yeah Im fine why do you ask?" Marcus gave marinette a look of really. Marinette laughed nervously a little then starts to walk upstairs. Marcus sighs and also goes to his room. Marcus seats on his bed and searches up symptoms of sleep deprivation to try and figure out what's going on with Marinette. After seconds of searching Marcus finds that if you don't sleep for a certain amount of days you can start to hallucinate things and figures that the most possible answer to why she's been acting the way she's been acting. At this Marcus messages Alya knowing they needed to come up with a plan to get Marinette to sleep. Come the next week both Alya, Marcus, and Marinette come to school tired af. Nino sees and walks up to Marcus and Alya. Nino asks, "What happened to you two?" Alya sleeply responds, "We tried to get Marinette to sleep but ended up staying up all weekend with her..." Nino looks at Marinette who was talking to Alix. Then Nino says, "Really cause Marinette looks like she sleep all weekend?" Alya and Marcus quickly look at where Nino's looking at Marinette and eyes widen. They see Marinette with her huge bags from under her eyes gone and standing up straight with all the energy of the world. Alya and Marcus run up to Marinette after Alix walks away. Alya basically screams, "Did you sleep last night?!" Marinette looks to the side and says in a high pitched voice, "Yeaaaa....." Marcus then says in a bit of a growl, "Marinette...." Marinette gives in and says, "Okay okay. No. Im wearing make up to hide my eye bags and I drank like...5 five hour energy drinks." Alya slaps her forehead and mumbles, "Should've known..." And Marcus asks, "Why?" Marinette then responds, "Well I didn't want everyone worrying about me anymore." Marcus sighs while saying, "oh marinette...." And Alya says, "Marinette you hearts in the right place but you shouldn't bottle everything up just to make your friends happy." Marinette frowns and the bell rings. Marinette says, "We should get to class. Later Marcus!"

I am so sorry I just realized I forgot to post a chapter tommorow. I'll make one now and I'll try to finish and post by like 8:30? SO uh sorry again and bug out miraculors!
