Bakugou: "If you hate me soo much then you might as well just leave and find another job because I'm not going to and you're the one who's bothered about it!"

Kirishima: "I can't afford to do that! You don't know anything about me, nothing! So stay the fuck out of it!"

They are soo loud that the customers are starting to get concerned and mina walks in "Guys-" she gasps slightly as even she has never seen kirishima this angry with anyone.

Mina: "What.. the hell happened...? D-did kiri just curse..? That's like midoriya cursing, it... only happens when something is really wrong.."

Mr. Aizawa: "Both of you need to shut your mouths and come with me. Todoroki, go back to the kitchen and mina, tell the customers everything is fine and go back to work."

Everyone nods and kirishima and bakugou end up in mr. Aizawa's office.

Mr. Aizawa sits down and asks "What the hell was that? How did you even manage to get her to swear and why were you so upset in the first place?"

Bakugou sits back "I didn't do anything wrong. I asked why she got soo funny about a customer being flirty, like everyone else was and ended up running out, that's when she yelled at me and said it wasn't my business. It just went from there."

Mr. Aizawa seems confused now and he looks at kirishima "Is that true..?"

She only nods slightly and looks down, then mr. Aizawa nods and says "Bakugou, you can go."

He stands up and leaves the office, closing the door behind himself and then mr. Aizawa gets up and sits down next to kirishima.

Mr. Aizawa: "...will you tell me what that guy did to get you soo worked up..?"

Kirishima: "......he's... asami's father.... I don't... f-feel safe with him h-here a-and-"

Mr. Aizawa nods and hugs her "Shh.... I understand.. I understand why you yelled at bakugou.... ok? It'll be ok.. you're one of my best workers.... I knew they'd be a good reason behind it... now.. I want you to go home early.... go see your parents or something... and we can start a new tomorrow.."

Kirishima nods slightly "..thank you...."

He nods and says "I'll speak to bakugou, I won't tell him anything private, just that I've spoken to you and you had a good reason. I won't tell him the reason, I know that, that wouldn't be fair... ok?"

Nodding, kirishima stands up and mr. Aizawa says "Come with me a moment, I just want to do something first.."

She nods and mr. Aizawa leads her out into the dining area again, earning the attention of the others. Mr. Aizawa turns to her "Which table?"

She points to the man in the corner, the one who has caused all of this and mr. Aizawa nods, then says "Go get dressed and go home for today, I'll take care of this."

Nodding, she quickly turns around and walks out of the room.

The man watches as mr. Aizawa approaches him as well as the rest of the staff out of one eye.

Mr. Aizawa: "Are you waiting for your order?"

Midoriya: "No, he isn't."

Mr. Aizawa: "Then follow me."

The man gets up, confused and mr. Aizawa pulls kirishima aside and says for her to wait in the staff room a minute.

He then picks up his phone and calls the police, telling them the situation and the trouble it has caused, so they come to the store in just under 5 minutes.
