The Red Book

Bakugou sits down and sighs slightly, going to the first page and hawks says "Wait. Gotta go get mum, she's already looked through it."

Bakugou glares up at him and says "You are an actual idiot."

Hawks shrugs and disappears, returning with mitsuki, midoriya, missy and mira, who just wanted to come.

Missy: "Ok... this could be interesting."

Bakugou rolls his eyes and then he just opens the book and sees the first page, the day she found out she was pregnant with a bump picture, though it wasn't really a bump then. He continues through the pages, reading the comments as everyone else did. Pausing a few times, only to sigh and then turn the page.

He gets through a good bit of it too, still going now and mira says "...well damn."

Mitsuki: "...."

Bakugou manages to get to the end and closes the book, then says "That... was an experience I would rather not go through again, here."

Kiri's mother takes the book and then he stands up, going back over to kiri.

Todoroki: "Now how did you do that? I just used trauma as a coping mechanism..."

Mitsuki: "...I think.. so did he.... not in the same way, but... in a different way, different... kind of trauma I guess.."

Mira shrugs slightly "Maybe.."

Kirishima smiles slightly and looks up slightly at the blonde currently behind her with his arms wrapped gently around her waist.

They go into the livingroom and then sit down on the sofas, for once, bakugou is the one who falls asleep first. Must have been tired. Kirishima smiles slightly and then midoriya comes over to her and whispers "Kiri.... can you speak to todoroki-kun for me..? He's.. been acting strange lately, but..... I think he's more comfortable speaking to you about some things... so can you give it a go..?"

Kirishima smiles slightly and nods, then stands up, moving the blonde carefully off of her lap as midoriya sits down next to the sleeping bakugou and kirishima takes todoroki out into the garden.

Naturally, a few people follow, slightly curious as to what's going on, most of the todorokis and hawks, mitsuki, masaru and mira, all curious. Dabi and shigaraki even hide round the corner with them too, all curious to know what's going on.

Kirishima sits down carefully on a step and looks over to him, brushing the hair from her face "Midoriya... asked me to speak to you..... what's going on?"

Todoroki looks over and sighs slightly, then looks towards the bushes and kirishima says "Or.. you could stay silent. That's fine too.... you aren't obligated to tell me, you know that...?"

Todoroki hums "I know... but, you're one of the easiest people to talk to... so.. I chose to...."

Kirishima: "Well alright then... but take your time.. yeah?"

Todoroki shakes his head "How do you do it..?"

Kirishima tilts her head "Do what?"

He turns to look at her "You smile... all the time, the only time I've ever seen you mad at anyone was at asami's father and half bakugou, but.. you weren't really mad at him.... but um.. that's besides the point... I don't get it. Your mum's been diagnosed with cancer, your aunt was diagnosed with it, you live in constant fear that your own will come back and yet.... you still smile. You smiled when you woke up from that coma for christ sakes... I just.. don't understand how you can.. stay so positive...."

Kirishima tilts her head and looks away "I don't have a choice... if I let myself become down about every little thing.... asami would be effected... and I can't let that happen... you just need to find a reason. Yeah?"
