Work Days

After changing for work, the waiters and waitresses set the tables, wiping them down and everything, then start to open the cafe as the chefs get in position and the manager gives them the ok.

Midoriya and kirishima are working behind the till, jiro and kaminari are on the tables and they aren't going to swap over. Mr. Aizawa spoke to mina and kirishima and said it would be best if they stayed at the counter, so he changed the rules. Sato, todoroki and sero are the chefs today.

As the morning rush starts to build, kirishima and midoriya do their jobs, but then someone walks into the shop that looks eerily similar to asami's father. He comes up to the till and midoriya tilts his head and asks "Sir? What's your name?"

The man seems confused, but answers with "Um... Tamatsuki Tokaji.. why?"

Kirishima sighs "Sorry, you look like someone who's been banned. How can I help you?"

Tamatsuki: "Ok, I just wanted to give something to a um... emiri kirishima I believe? My son seems to have done something and um.... we're used to having to apologise for his behaviour. Was he the one who was banned?"

Midoriya turns and says "Kuwahara Tokaji was banned, is that your son?"

He nods "..we heard something about a restraining order.... he's.. a but of an outsider to the family.. we just wanted to make sure to um.... clear our family name really.. we aren't all like that."

Kirishima: "..yes... I can see that...."

Midoriya smiles slightly and he asks "Is she working today? If not, can you just give that to her-"

Kirishima: "Um, sir, I am emiri kirishima.."

Tamatsuki's eyes widen slightly "Oh, oh, well in that case, here."

Midoriya: "You don't actually know what he did, do you..?"

Kirishima: "That doesn't matter right now, thank you... um.. but it was a long time ago, so... don't worry about it too much..... but I should probably speak to you... if that's the case.."

Midoriya: "..yeah... you probably should...."

Tamatsuki: "I'll just... order something and sit down then.."

Bakugou comes out of the staff area and says "Go speak in the staff room, I'll take over."

Kirishima: "Oh, ok.."

They go into the staff room and sit down on one of the sofa in the back room.

Tamatsuki: "So.... um.. what exactly.. did he do....?"

Kirishima: "Ah... straight to that.. well, I was.. 16, I've been doing this job on and off for a while... I did this for a year when I was 16.. but during that time, is when I was the one to take out the rubbish bins.... I was doing that when.. someone came round the corner..."

Then she looks away "...I was beaten.. and raped.... that's why there's a restraining order against him... and there you go."

Tamatsuki: "You've... only just reported it..?"

Kirishima: "..yes.... only because I had to, I never saw him ever again until the report was made.. so.... I thought I would be able to live a peaceful life without it.. hold on."

She looks at him and stands up, walking into the locker rooms and returning with a picture. Sitting down again, she says "Before you go.. you might want this. I don't think he knows, but... they could prove it because of the consequence of his actions... though, I would never let him near her, I don't see any reason to keep her from you.."
