"Did you really just do that?" I sighed as I opened up my chest in Minecraft. I stared at the missing slot that used to hold five diamonds. It took a lot of hard work to get those diamonds. I was mining at level eleven for 20 minutes only seeing worthless things like gold and coal. Then when I was totally doubting myself I found the precious blue mineral. I practically cheered when I found six of them.

"I dern sure did!" I groaned as Raquel's giggle blared through my headphones and led everyone else in the Skype chat to laugh at her stupid reference. "You should really hide these! You could have a secret chest just like Jordan did in Treetopia."

"ROCKY!" I shouted. Which earned me a wince from my friend Louise. "Sorry Lou, that was sort of loud. But Rocky, give me my diamonds back!" Rocky giggled again and I added, "and stop making stupid Creature references."

Rocky stopped laughing and added, "Nah, I'm good. I think I'm going to craft a sword and a pick axe with these diamonds. Maybe even 6 shovels!"

"Rocky! I'll kill you if you use those!" I shout as I grab my iron sword from the chest and equip it to my hot bar. "Okay, okay. Party pooper." Rocky sighed.

I smiled as she met my player in my house and threw the six diamonds at me. I was wielding my sword just in case she tried anything funny. "Thank you!" I cheered as I picked up the diamonds and placed them back into the empty slot.

It was a Saturday night in August and I was on a Skype call with my crew of friends and we were playing some video games. We were currently in the middle of playing my personal favorite game, Minecraft. Most girls at my age of 14 would be going out during these summer nights, but my friends and I were way too lazy to go to one house. I was in a Skype group call with 5 other people which can get hectic. My best friend was a part of the call too. Her name is Raquel, but I call her Rocky.

Everyone in the group has a nickname that I call them. Louise is Lou, Taylor is Tate, Joey is Jo, and Dominic is Domi. Rocky calls me Jimmy, but my real name is Jamie. I heard the doorbell ring through the house and I sighed. I knew that I shouldn't open up the door, but curiosity got the best of me when I got out of my seat to check the door. Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. To the door I go!

"Guys I'll be right back," I spoke clearly into the mic, "don't let Rocky near my stuff!"

"Hey what did I do?" Rocky cried out defensively.

"You know what you did loser," Tate chuckled honeyed.

"Jerk," Rocky spat out.

"Weaboo."

"Hawkeye."

"I love Hawkeye!" I heard Rocky giggle. Rocky wasn't lying. She had so many Hawkeye comics in her room she'd throw out her textbooks to make room for more.

"Movie Hawkeye though!"

"Movie Hawkeye wasn't that bad..."

I chuckled slightly as I slipped the headphones off of my ears and onto my desk. Even though I couldn't hear them I knew that those two were still bickering and arguing over Hawkeye. Tate and Rocky's relationship fuels on hate like a car fuels on gas. I ambled out of the door to my room, and I strolled down the stair case. The staircase led to the front door, so I looked out of the window as soon as I reached the bottom.

There was a large box sitting in front of the door. There was no address written on it from what I could see. The cardboard was nice and neat with little arrows drawn in all different directions written around the edges. Weird voodoo stuff. Not gonna open that. Plus my mom said not to open up the door at night even for a package. As if I'd open the door for this thing.

Before I went back upstairs I strolled into the kitchen and up to the cabinet. I pulled out a few Oreos then grabbed a Gatorade bottle from the fridge. I considered taking a Red Bull, but I always get antsy when I drink them. I slowly climbed up the stairs while humming a random tune stuck in my head. Once I was in my room I placed the drink on my desk and placed an Oreo in my mouth.

I sat down and looked at my laptop screen. My player was miraculously still alive. I reached for my headphones when I heard a thud from behind me. I dropped my hand to turn and see the cardboard box on my bed. I span back around quickly. My breath was uneven and I felt like sprinting out of the room. This is worse than a Red Bull. I closed my eyes to try and ignore the arrow covered box, but I couldn't let it sit there.

I turned around and glared at the cardboard box again. Okay? That's weird. I'm not opening that. Yeah, I'm not curious at all... Okay I am. I opened up my desk drawer and pulled out a pair of scissors. This is how people die Jamie! You don't open up the creepy magic box in your room. You burn it! My subconscious was screaming at myself to leave the box alone, but I just couldn't. It's going to be a box filled with demons! Or ghosts! Or demon ghosts! I stuck the scissors into the box and ripped it across. I pulled both tabs out of the way to see...

Nothing? Well that was stupid. I was hoping for a thousand dollars, or more realistically a shirt I ordered from The Creatures shirt store, but I guess not. I set the scissors down on my dresser and I spun around to walk back to my seat. I ended up falling backwards off my heels and head first into the cardboard box. The box fell on the floor along with my body leaving me with a pain in my head and back.

I groaned as I slowly sat up trying to hurt my body as little as possible. I failed though and fell back quickly with a hiss of pain. I gritted my teeth as my head made impact with the floor again. I just lied on the floor with my limbs spread out and groaned. I eventually took the stupid box off my head, but still kept my eyes closed. After a bit I opened up my eyes, only to close them quickly when I'm hit with an unexpected light.

Where the hell am I? Am I dead? Man, and I thought Heaven didn't exist. I owe Jo 8 bucks now. I reopened my eyes to again see the same sunlight and blue skies. I kept my eyes opened until I was used to the light and then I sat up straight. When I did I felt a rush of pain go to my head which made me cry out in pain. I then noticed that the sun and the clouds were square. Huh, Heaven is weird. I looked down, widened my eyes, and gasped. No way.
