I popped my back as I rose in the bed. I sighed as I wiped my eyes of the crud and smoothed my gnarled bed hair. I slowly jumped off of the bed, and dragged my feet across the warm and fuzzy carpet. I was moving slowly until I remebered Jamie, you're going to the Nether today! This perked me up as I skipped towards the chests. I grabbed an orange tank-top, a white bra, black leggings that reached to just under my ankle, white socks, and my black K-Swiss sneakers. I strolled into the bathroom and set the clothing down. I cupped my hands and washed my face with the cold water from the cauldron. I also smoothed my hair with it. Then I ran a hair brush through my knots and tied my hair back into a high ponytail. I changed into the clothing I picked out, and through the dirty clothes into an open chest in the corner of the bathroom. I then grabbed the toothpaste and my toothbrush to brush my teeth.

Once I decided that I looked decent I opened up the bathroom door and headed towards the kitchen where I could see Simon sitting on a stool. I felt blood rush to my face and my stomach flip. Why am I so nervous? Oh. Yeah. I forgot about last night. It's okay, as long as you don't say something like "Hey Simon I like you!" or "You're pretty cute," you should be fine Jamie.

"What was that Jame?" I heard Simon ask as I reached the kitchen.

"What was what?" I sat in the stool next to Simon and avoided his gaze. I seemed to look anywhere besides him.

"You mumbled something under your breath," Simon shrugged as he spun around to grab two slices of bread. He handed me one and ripped off a piece of his own bread, "I didn't hear what you said." Simon popped the piece of bread and his mouth and smirked.

"I didn't say anything important," I sighed. I knew he would soon ask again, but I didn't have an excuse. I took a bite of the bread and with my mouth full I added, "I'm just pretty cold."

Simon shook his head and laughed, "You should wear more than a tank top then." He popped another piece of bread in his mouth. I punched his shoulder and rolled my eyes. The red head stuck his tongue out in response.

"Well we're going to the Nether today, so I dressed light." I took another bite. I peered up at Simon after still not getting a reply. "We are going right?"

"Yeah, we can go after we eat. I know where we can put the portal."

I nodded. We finished our breakfast in a comfortable silence before we headed to our rooms to gather supplies. I grabbed the armour from the armour stand and slung it over my body. The iron was uncomfotable against my skin, and it was also a bit big and heavy, but it offered me protection. Even if Simon says he'll protect me I need the armour. I also sorted through the chests and pulled out a few loaves of  bread, multiple pieces of steak, a stack of torches, a stack of cobblestone blocks, an iron sword, and an iron pick axe. My backpack was sorta heavy along with the iron that hung over my body, but I could deal with it. Going to the Nether without some of this stuff was like a suicide mission.

I met Simon outside just like our last meeting to view Simon laying on the grass again. "Do this a lot?" I inquire as I sit next to him. Again.

Simon sat up and chuckled. "Yeah I do. Why not?" He turned his head towards me and sighed. "Gonna help me up?"

"Really?" I sighed as I shook my head. I extended my arm out towards Simon and pulled him up from the grass. "There you go, prom queen," I sang. I stuck my tongue out at Simon, and he responded with an eye roll.

"Shut up  Jame."

"Anything for you prom queen." Simon rolled his eyes again and huffed. "Do that anymore and your eyes will roll out." Simon rolled his eyes twice in row before he strolled away from me. I trailed behind Simon for a little bit before he stopped, and I almost crashed into him. Luckily I stopped just before my body hit his.
