Below me was forest green grass, above me was the baby blue sky, and the bright yellow sun. I rubbed my eyes from the light and took in more of my surroundings. To the right of me there was a forest filled with oak trees and ruby rose flowers. Left of me there was a beach with bright sand and dark blue water. I was currently laying in the tall grass in between. I pushed myself off of the ground and wiped the dirt off of my clothing. I was wearing the same clothes as I was before I arrived here. Black leggings, my yellow jersey that had the number 18 across the front, a gray sweatshirt from my class mates bat mitzvah, and a gray headband that held my long hair back from my forehead. I felt sweat trickle down my forehead and my arms. I cringed as I slipped the sweatshirt off my body and tied it around my waist.

When I finally slipped the glasses back on my face I finally realized that I was not in a normal place. The forest I had seen earlier was made out of blocks. Almost as if I was in a video game or something stupid. Everything seemed to be fabricated or squares. Even the roses consisted of squares and lines.

MOO!

I jolted my body forwards and quickened my breathing. I spun around to encounter a cow. The cow too was made up of blocks

I knew right away that this wouldn't be a peaceful journey. I walked over to the square trees again. So if I just punch it, I'll get the supplies? It didn't hurt when I punched the cow. I brought my arm back slowly, here goes nothing. I swung my arm forward at the tree as fast as I could. Once my arm made impact with the tree I didn't feel any pain at all, but a square block had fallen off of the tree leaving the rest of it floating in the air. I looked down at the small  wooden cube that was spinning around in circles on the grass. I bent down and grabbed the cube which stopped it from spinning.

The cube was tiny! it fit in the palm of my hand. Okay, so how do I craft? I stood thinking for a minute, wooden planks, wooden planks, wooden planks. How do I craft you? Suddenly the wooden block flew out of my grasp making me stumble backwards. Thankfully I was still on two feet as I watched the flying wooden block spin in circles again. This time it spun faster and faster. Once the spinning slowed down I could finally see a bundle of four wooden planks. Sweet! Success by accident!

I got to work on all of the trees in the area. I replanted almost every sapling I got so I'd always have a recourse for wood. I made a crafting table and stared with awe at the awesome transformation that happened again. The tiny crafting table appeared and dropped on the ground. I bent down and grabbed the spinning block which stayed tiny in my palm. Yo, I can't craft on this. What if I? I bent down and placed the block on the grass. As soon as it hit the grass it started to grow larger into a regular sized block. I am awesome.

I made a wooden pick axe and collected cobblestone from a small hole in the ground. I made a furnace, and as I placed it down on the ground I noticed the sky getting darker. I glanced up and saw the sky was a dark pink, and the sun was almost all the way down. Oh no.

I quickly dropped wooden plank blocks in a small rectangle shape around my furnace and table, and stacked it up so that It was a small shack. I crafted a door and placed it so I could easily get in and out of the shack. Okay, I have a bit of time. I need to make torches.

I opened up the furnace and popped in wood blocks to smelt and a piece of wood for fuel. After a few minutes I opened the furnace back up and received a few pieces of charcoal. I quickly crafted them into torches, bolted outside, and places torches down sporadically. Before I ran back into the house I glanced to my left and saw a few zombies wandering around.

My heart beat sped up and my breathing was loud. Don't see me, don't see me, don- okay they see me. There were three zombies coming my way. I went to pull my sword out of my backpack when I realized I didn't make a sword. I froze and stood like an idiot with my arm still raised behind me. Oh no, I'm dern sure screwed.

I felt something grab my raised arm back. I screamed and tugged my arm back in response, but the mob still had my arm in it's grasp. I started to hyperventilate as I used my other arm to grab the wooden pick axe from my backpack. I spun around and swung at the mob in front of me. I watched as the zombie that had my arm stumbled back. I pulled the pick axe out and stabbed it again in the same place. I repeated that three more times before the zombie fell over and all tht was left was some rotten flesh.

I fumbled backwards only to bump into another zombie. I quickly stumbled fowards and ran past the mob. I ran around a few other mobs while running back to my shack. I stopped in front of the door and let out a few heavy breaths. I glanced behind me to see the zombies slowly coming towards me. When I  turned back around to get into the shelter I came face to face with a creeper.

It started to grow as I gasped and fell back. I crawled away from the monster but it followed me. "No, no no!" I cried out. My left arm slipped and my body fell towards the grass. The creeper grew larger until it exploded, taking a zombie and a patch of dirt with it. I fell down into the dirt hole, and then everything went back.
