Chapter 30: The Underground Princess

A/N: I did have problems with their titles. I'm sorry abt that. I don't want to change anything in the past chapters so I'll try to clarify their title in the near future or in this chapter.

"I see," Nezu said. "That much we can do to help Toga. The girl probably needs healing but we should set a timeline for this. We can't keep bringing her to this side and grant her opportunities her whole life since it would be unfair to other villains your majesty."

"Of course Nezu," Hisashi answered from the other end of the line. "I think three years would be enough." He suggested. Nezu agreed with this. But it would still need the confirmation of the commission. It doesn't matter though since one request from the king and surely they would agree. The call ended and Hisashi decided to call it a day and spend time with his family. They have a few events ahead of them.

Alas! The day of their mission came. Stopping Toga would be an achievement in the hero industry and the government at the same time. Considering how she was part of the infamous league of villains. But Blue Flame, The king, and Nezu had different plans on what to do with her after her detainment.

The chosen students were getting ready. Yaoyorozu, Hagekure, Todoroki, Bakugou, Uraraka, and Midoriya are getting ready for the fight. Well, in reality, they are just backups but they are the best assets of the class and for the mission. While Yaoyorozu can lead well, Todoroki and Bakugou have a great power control, Hakegure is good for stealth. She is there to find additional information. While Uraraka and Deku are strong with their quirks too, they are also there for the learning. Since this matter involved their royal family and their country, Hisashi took this chance to let them see the knights in action. 

They do come in handy even if Izuku isn't the crown prince, he could still use the knights in ways he wants as long as it is for a good reason. But that doesn't mean the young couple isn't important, on the contrary actually. Somehow Toga has this thing for both Izuku and Uraraka. Having the two of them as one of Himiko Toga's objectives in the long term made them more involved than some would think. 

"You guys ready?" Hagekure asks them. "Yeah. Just can't believe we found Toga," Yaoyorozu replied. "It's been so long since she was announced missing. Never thought she'd build her own group underground." 

"More like an army," Bakugou scoffed.  "We're lucky enough more than half of them are on our side and willing to help take her down."

Todoroki decided to join the conversation. "But the few who stayed on her side are the stronger ones they said."

Izuku shrugged. "Casualties can happen, but with the obvious number of manpower we have over them, the success of this mission should be guaranteed."

A laugh boomed in the lobby where the students were hanging. "You spoke confidently Izuku."

Hisashi walked toward his son and pats his head. Others immediately bowed to show respect for his presence. 

Hisashi waved a hand at them and they raised their heads. "Are you guys ready?"

They all nod their heads. A bit nervous in Hisashi's presence. "You guys will be riding in the same vehicle so make sure you got each other's backs okay?"

"Yes!" they all answered a bit stiffly causing Izuku and his father to laugh. "Calm your nerves, everyone. Your about to do a raid. Just think of me like a normal father of your friend. Plus I already met most of you here formally anyway."

And with that, the king left and many let loose after holding their breaths. "Dad's right. Being nervous won't help our situation at all. We should go to Aizawa sensei." Izuku said. 

The students went to the underground floor of the building where a bunch of heroes are gathered and ready to leave. Some royal guards are there too but separated. It was quite a number Izuku noted. Of course not all of Himiko Toga's underlings are traitors. There are more people who are loyal to her and their beliefs. But the main purpose of the guards is to detain only the people who offended the kingdom. Stolen goods from trades aren't really avoidable. Theft isn't a far word from these villains. Companies in the kingdom had many complaints and most suspects matched and confirmed to be in Toga's group of underlings. The same goes for assassination attempts. 

Anyhow, the kingdom won't let go of these crimes and it is now a good time to lessen the offenders. Working with heroes really would help with the success rate of this mission. 

"Go into your assigned vehicles! We are leaving in two!" A hero announced. Aizawa quickly collected his problem children aside from Ochako and Midoriya. 

Not that Midoriya and Ochako weren't needed but amongst the enemies, Himiko Toga harbors strong feelings of hate for, the couple takes the cake. The hero community knows that this mission would be a success because it's far smaller and simpler than when they were fighting Shigaraki. They could handle this just fine with or without the two. They would still join the fight but the King does prefer that they would see how the guards operate and Izuku out of danger for now. 

The trip to their base wasn't long. Aizawa was surprised that Himiko has been hiding near them, nothing had ever led them to this part of the city.  Small villains, Big villains, Himiko must've scared them for them to be quiet. 

According to the reporting villains, there are no other entrances and exits to Himiko's lair aside from six manholes across the city. Turns out that some construction company needs investigation after this mission. What's supposed to be built sewage is a villain base underneath. Successfully guarding every manhole in case of any escape attempt, they are also ready to infiltrate.  "Eraserhead, tell the students to get ready for entry. If what they say is true, we're just back up, but if this is a trap, then, Expect a fight or any surprise attack. I doubt that villains underground didn't hear us up here."

"Hopefully it's the first option." Eraserhead sighed before using his comms.

"So heroes have come to play with us again hmm?" Himiko licks the blood from a knife while looking up. sensing the footsteps nearing the entrance and exits before eyeing her 'minions' sharply. "You look tense," she says, cooly. Crying under her feet was a pretty girl. Shame that she has a weak quirk but to the underground princess, her beauty was enough to make her a blood bank. "shut up" she says. The girl stills, making Himiko laugh hysterically. "You look good crying." Before giving her a seemingly innocent smile.
