Chapter 16: Engaged In the South

(Ochako POV)

I was woken up by maids and when I gained my full consciousness, It's only five in the morning, the sun is not up yet.. sunrise isn't even starting yet. Everything happened so fast. Maids are done packing my stuff, after changing, I went out my room to see Freiser and Moon carrying my luggage while Izuku carry his own with his Telekinesis. Zuko was also rushing but is in a call assuming he's talking with Princess Lia, The one from England. Apparently brother Zuko is courting her.. at least it's what I heard from my prince. Bakugou was carrying his luggage already dressed and gone to the car, while Iida used his quirk to beat Bakugou in the car. I laughed at them While I follow my steps towards Izuku. After I caught up with him we chatted our greetings and good mornings.

"Morning Occhan." He started, "good morning Izuku!!" I smiled at him receiving a smile back. "Let's get in the car and we'll get breakfast in the plane. The Jet plane is waiting for us.. Oh and, a frame of our picture from yesterday is in our bags." I nodded at him and he kissed my forehead, giving me a bright red blush on my face. He would always chuckle after he does something like this and right now was no exception. His chuckle would only worsen my blush. It has it's own special manner. Assuming it's cute but yet also ho- AhH I need to focus and stop blushing. My thoughts was cut off by Izuku patting my head while messing up my bangs. We both ended up smiling at each other and went to the car in comfortable silence. The car ride only took 40 minutes than an hour, probably because less cars travel at this time. 

We arrived at the airport and still less people, Which is a god thing for Izuku and Zuko right now. two jets are parked in the take off area, I was curious why.. Turns out the other one was for brother Zuko. Bakugou and Iida joined the older prince so I have the other one with Izuku. Well, we would only watch movies really and talk about things I need to get used to. We also had a wonderful breakfast, same goes for lunch. 

After 6 hours we arrived at the South. Thank Izuku he told us to cover up, when we exited the airport building, reporters and photographers were there. Freiser and Moon rushed us to our cars while Zuko decided to stop by and answer some questions and take pictures, he handles the press well. He helped distract the audience away from us.

We arrived 2 in the afternoon. The car ride will take two hours, I asked Izuku about his parents.. he said they already left to go here since last night because they were expecting important guests. During the car ride with the four of them and Zuko in a different vehicle with Gus, Izuku kept on grinning from time to time, which made me feel like something is coming for me besides the castle, which I mentally prepared for from Izuku's pictures. I ignored it for a while and have nice antics with my Iida, Bakugou and Zuzu.

When we arrived the front gates I could see the modern palace I only saw from the pictures. I was so at awe that I totally forgot about Izuku's surprise. When we got in we were greeted by Auntie and Uncle and Gus started leading us to our rooms. They said we should rest first before dinner around 6. So we did rest, My room was not that far if you would look at how many rooms or I should say room is in between us, but the rooms were so big from height to width that they created a distance. Mine is next to Zuko's and the other side was Iida's. 

The South Palace was really beautiful. There was a lake in the backyard, safe to swim into and have boat rides.. according Gus, at first I thought we needed to have a boat ride before we arrive the entrance because the backyard or maybe field behind the palace looked like the main entrance.

I rested in my room thinking about the schedule given to us by Gus. So tomorrow we'll go to the Palace work building to set up papers. hmm.. or maybe they'll go to one of the meeting rooms here? Izuku did say we would have a guest. I ended up sleeping thinking about the plans.
