Antonia is infertile, and they have been our parents when ours couldn't. That doesn't mean they can risk their lives to protect ours. We have enough people in our lives like that already and it gets tiring losing loved ones.

"Мы отправим вас и Антонию в Коста-Рику в течение нескольких дней. Думайте об этом как об отпуске." (We will send you and Antonia to Costa Rica within a few days. Think of it as a vacation)
"Антония, уже согласилась. У тебя нет выбора. Наслаждайтесь отпуском своей мечты и не беспокойтесь о нас, с нами все будет в порядке." (Antonia has already agreed. You have no choice. Enjoy your dream vacation and don't worry about us, we will be fine.)
Andrei has been talking about flying to Costa Rica for years when he has a chance. He put his heart and soul into the mafia and he never had a problem with doing so. But, this is the last straw. We're going to send him and Antonia to Costa Rica while he recovers and anywhere else he wants to go while we figure out this Daniel problem.
While he was sleeping Antonia already agreed to send them away until everything is over.

We walked out of the hospital room before he could protest.
"Мы собираемся что-то сделать с этим Дэниелом," Alessia grumbled. (We're going to do something about this Daniel)

I wrapped my arms around hers and we walked out of the hospital.
"I don't know but we need to come up with something. Papa isn't answering the phone."
"I can have my people look into him. I also got some of my guy's watching the hospital to make sure he doesn't try to finish the job."
"Thank you, Lorenzo."
Inanna grabbed his hand and rubbed her thumb across the back of it.
And she said she doesn't have feelings for him.
"While we plan something we have to keep moving. I don't think it's a good idea to stay in one place."
"I agree and we aren't splitting up anymore."
I sat on Kofi's lap and poured myself a drink.
It's been a long day and I haven't slept in hours.
"Okay, but he is going to get dealt with for what he did to Andrei."
"Umhm," Lorenzo cleared his throat.
He stood up from his chair and walked to the bar.
"Is there something you guys aren't telling us," Inanna questioned.
I turned to look at Kofi, who became fidgety. He stared at the wall invoiding my ear contact.
"I can't believe we are still keeping secrets. E vuoi che questa relazione funzioni con i segreti," I snapped standing up from his lap. (And you want this relationship to work with secrets)
"Dmitri should be the one to tell you."
Lorenzo gulped the first drink and poured himself another one.
"He's hasn't even been answering his phone!"
Inanna went off as I pulled out my phone to call Dmitri.
The mafia is all about family and you can't be a family without trust. Because without trust there isn't any loyalty, loyalty is a big thing in the mafia.
How can we be family, create families, is everything a fucking a lie. There's so many secrets and they just think we are delicate creatures that can't take anything.
I stared at Kofi as I repeatedly called Dmitri.
Someone's going to give us some answers.
After the five calls he finally answered.
"Прости, Алессия, я торопился. Все в порядке?" (Sorry, Alessia, I was in a hurry. Everything is fine?)
"Нет, вы храните секреты. Почему этот Дэниел идет за нами, и он был лучшим другом тебя и папы." (No, you are keeping secrets. Why is this Daniel coming after us and he was your and dad's best friend.)
"Я хотел подождать, пока я буду в вашем присутствии, чтобы сказать вам, но у меня не так много времени. Алессия, он убил твоих родителей" (I wanted to wait while I'm in your presence to tell you, but I don't have much time. Alessia, he killed your parents)
"He did what," I shouted, dropping my phone in the process.
The sound of the glass shattering mirrored my heart.
