Inanna rubbed her belly while looking out of the window. They had to plan a crowning ceremony under a short notice but it's finally done.
It's been a month since Inanna returned and everything was kind of back to normal.
Lorenzo is still mad about her leaving but he's happy that she's the one about to have his babies. At six months she looks like she's about to pop already. Even though her sister is the one who is closer to having her baby.
Alessia is nine months pregnant and is ready to have Zola. She's not supposed to be traveling during her last months of pregnancy but she refuses to miss officially becoming queen. It was a tradition that every leader had a ceremony for their crowning.
With the help of Lorenzo, Kofi, and of course the Russian mafia they were able to plan the perfect ceremony for the girls.
"How are you feeling," Lorenzo asked, sitting next to Inanna.
She didn't think he would come, but he showed up to the airport. He couldn't miss the love of his life becoming the queen she was meant to be.
"Are you sure? You know you could always talk to me."
"I know it's just that I've dreamt about this day. We have dreamt about this day since we were little kids. We didn't fully know about the mafia until after our parents died but we always knew we were going to become queens. Dmitri and Rose are supposed to be with us. They were supposed to place the crowns on our heads and now they're gone. I just wished we weren't doing this alone."
"You're not going to be here with you the entire journey. You were taught how to be great from the beginning and you are going to fulfill your destiny. You're going to be an amazing queen and mother. You just need to believe in yourself."
Tears filled my eyes as I thought about our parents. I know they're watching us and are so proud that we are becoming the women they know we would become.
"I love you and I miss you."
"I love you too and I never left."
He grabbed my face with his right hand and pulled me in for a kiss.
We're going to be good. We always will.

We held hands and Alessia led us off the stage. We were finally crowned and now we could celebrate with everyone before we have to officially get to business.
Alessia and Kofi are going to be the first ones to stay. They came up with an agreement to have the baby here and their wedding.
So, Lorenzo and I are going to go back to Italy so he can handle some things for the mafia. Since she is due anytime now we're going to wait until after Zola is born.
We're going to stay in Italy until their wedding. They decided to wait on the honeymoon because of everything. We're going to switch and I'm going to have my babies in Russia.
If we make it that far.
I'm going to be very high risk because of the twins and we hope everything can go as planned but it might not.
Everything doesn't always go as planned.
"Ugh," Alessia moaned, while squeezing my hand.
Her other hand went to her belly.
"Are you okay is it Braxton Hicks," I questioned before leading her to a nearby table.
Everyone was now dancing to the music and enjoying themselves so they didn't see Alessia in pain.
"Baby, is everything okay?"
Kofi jogged to us and then grabbed the hand that was holding her belly.
"I-I'm having contractions."
"Oh shit," Lorenzo mumbled before pulling out his phone to call an ambulance.
"No, we need to drive, we can't have outside people knowing where this building is. Lorenzo get the car, I'm going to shut this party down, and Kofi takes her to the car. I'll meet you guys at the hospital."
"I can shut the party down and you get the car. You need to be there for the birth."
"I'm going to be there and they're not going to be comfortable with another mafia leader telling them what to do. I got this you guy's go and Alessia please wait until I get there to have my niece."
