"Is your girlfriend going to be there," Christian questioned.

We're getting dressed for the Russo's annual gala. This year we're doing a black and white theme.

"I hope not," Kofi mumbled, fixing his tie in the mirror.

"She's not my girlfriend and my PR agent said it'll look good if I take her."

"Out of all the women in the world you went for the biggest hoe in Hollywood. She literally goes for fucking everyone."

"How was the meeting with the Frost sisters," Kofi asked.

"Cambiamo il colore di queste scarpe. Non sembrano a posto. It went good we're now in business with Frost Industries." (Let's change the color of these shoes. They don't look right.)

"I bet it went well, I heard they're even more beautiful than the pictures," Christian commented.

Visions of Inanna Frost filled my brain as I stepped off the podium to pour myself a drink.

Beautiful isn't a big enough word for what she is. She's extravagant, goddess like. His aura distracted me so badly that I invited them to a gala that they were already invited to.

I had already made my decision on the partnership before they even came. My mother was close with their mother before the latter died. Even my father had a certain respect for the Frost's and Dmitri Ivanov.

I've met the sisters at their parents' funeral but I don't believe they remember me since it was a long time ago and they were going through a hard time.

"So, which one did you fall for Inanna or Alessia," Kofi questioned, before pouring himself a drink.

Someone knocked on the door, ending our conversation on the Frost sisters.

"Signor Russo, abbiamo un problema." (Mr. Russo, we have a problem)

"Cosa c'è che non va?" (What's wrong?)

"È la signora King, signore." (It's Ms. King, sir)

Not this again.

"Looks like you have to handle your business, ma la nostra conversazione non è finita, Ghost." (but our conversation isn't over, Ghost.)

"Non so perché le hai ancora permesso di venire dopo il modo in cui si è comportata." (I don't know why you still allowed her to come after the way she behaved.)

"Christian, dammi una pausa." (Christian, give me a break)

I swallowed the rest of the drink and poured myself another.

I had to put November in her place after she accused a waitress of sleeping with me and tried to attack her.

It was the girl's first day and I don't believe she'll be coming back. I had to pay a lot of money so she wouldn't go to the press.

I used to not care about the press and how people feel about me but after my parents died. I needed to keep the business afloat. My parents put their souls into the businesses and this is my way of paying them back.

I miss just being the Mafia prince, going on jobs with my father Dante and cooking with my mother Isabella. Life was perfect before she died of a heart attack.
