Chapter 26
St. Smithen's Science Academy for Boys and Girls AKA Spy School
1700 hours
Classes had ended for the first day back from Beijing. After Erica and I had recovered from our injuries from fighting, the team decided to spend a week touring the city we had fought in. Also celebrating that none of us had died.
Shayla was thrilled to see Jessica alive and well, and showered Catherine with 'thank yous' for letting her daughter escape the bomb going after Zoe.
Turns out, the city was very beautiful and an even better place to relax after a week of stressful thoughts. We went back to the Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen, Zhongnanhai (w\Where the premier invited us inside to have a cup of tea.), and the Hall of Great People. Again, they were all very nice.
I had only come back from a day with my parents down in Florida. Dad was very excited for me to tell him about my mission.
Me and Erica had been dating in secret, and she had even taught me a few karate moves.
All in all, this was turning out to be a mission and a great time for me after the mission.
Since the Chinese government captured Brandon and Zoe, they sent Zoe and Brandon on planes back to the U.S. where they could be properly trialed. Me and the gang weren't allowed to watch the trial, but Erica hacked into the court's cameras and invited everyone into my room to watch it anyhow. Brandon got a life sentence, and possibly a death row. While Zoe got sentenced to 50 years in the Academy Incarceration Center.
Then I found a letter in my room:
B -
First off, you seriously need a code name. Second, we have reliable intel that the new president of the United States is planning nefarious things. We need you to break into the White House, or possibly be invited into the White House again to give us evidence that is concrete. Something like audio recording, video, etc.
If you are in, meet me in the tunnels under the garbage chute next Monday. (I know you need a break.) If you are out, I will not be pleased at your cowardice, however I will understand.
