Is it just me or am i the only one making crazy theories about why things are called that? Like ketchup heres my theory!
A man and his crew were walking and then one man stepped in tomatoes! Then a bag of sugar fell on the tomatoes! He took it and tasted it (disgusting) and thought it was delicious! He took some and was thinking what to call it and then his crew yelled CATCH UP and he thought it was KETCHUP! And that my friends is how ketchup was born...
