Chapter 8

Heejin pov

"Sunoo, where are you?", I look around the alley and searched for Sunoo. Where is he?

I sighed and look at my necklace. Then an idea popped in my head. I should make a wish that he's here. You're so clever Heejin! I smiled and holds my necklace while closing my eyes.

"I wish—"

"Don't waste your wish just to find me pabo", a voice spoke making me flinch and look at my back.

"Oh Sunoo....you're here, how did you know I'm here?", I asked and came towards him.

"I thought you're smart enough after you make a wish about that, the necklace told me where you are, don't you remember?", he said as I mumbles 'oh'.

"Sunoo, you were right....you really are a genie....", I said.

"I told you, I'm not a genie!", he shouted and turns around making his back facing me. Is he sulking?

"Hey Sunoo....are you mad?", I asked but he kept silence.

"Listen, sorry I ignored you earlier, I didn't mean to, I was too excited about it and was in a rush....", I said, I don't really know how to make someone feel better....

"But you shouldn't have left me alone....I had granted your wish, but you treated me like this...", he looks down.

"Hey....", I said, thinking of a way to make him feel better. Then something popped in my mind.

"Sunoo, do you want Mint choco snacks?", I said as he looks up and turn his body facing me. I knew it will work...

"Really? Are you serious?", his face brightens up.

"Yeah", I said.

"Do you have any money?", he asked.

"Oh....I think I don't....", I checked my pockets and it's empty.

"Aish, you shouldn't have said that if you don't have money", his expression changed.

"I'm sorry...", I sighed.

"Well, just make a wish, you have 13 wishes left", he said.

"I  think I don't want to waste my—", without finishing my words, he slapped my arms.

"Ow!", I caresses the place that he slapped.

"Just wish already, you're being too thrifty....", he rolls his eyes.

"Okay, fine....I wish I have 100 wo—", he slapped my arms once again.

"What was that all about?", I groaned.

"Are you dumb? You can wish more than one million...why hundred?", he sigh disbelief.

"Why? I don't need that much money....", I said.

"Yah, don't you see how old your belongings are? Your crappy house? And you don't even have a phone, come on, it's simple as pie", he brush his hair back and shook his head.

"Okay, okay fine......I wish I have 1 million won...", I said while closing my eyes.

After a few seconds, I opened my eyes. Seeing Sunoo with a bag.

"Your wish is granted", he smiles. I frowned and took the bag from him. I opened it as my mouth went wide.

"Shut up.....", I said.

"So are you 100% trust me now?", he asked.

"Yes, I guess....", I said.

"But how am I suppose to carry all of these?", I asked.

"Just take a few of it for mint choco.....and also a phone...", he continued.

"Do I have to....?", I asked.

"Phone is important okay, let's go now, take at least 6 hundred thousand won, phone is not cheap", he said as I nodded and put the money needed on my bag.

"Then? How about these?", I lift the bag.

"Give it to me", he said as I give him the bag.

He close his eyes as the bag slowly fades away making me gasped.

"How......where did it go?", I asked.

"I teleported it to your room, its safe don't worry, now let's go, I want mint choco", he said.

He's.....a thanos.....

We went to a supermarket nearby. I followed Sunoo as he picked all his mint choco snacks. I saw snickers and decided to get one. He took a long time to search for all kinds of mint choco snacks so I decided to take a seat at a bench.

Suddenly I heard the door swung opens harshly making me flinch. Who the hell? I stood up and peeked towards the cashier. There's three man with a bat assaulting the cashier. Aish not this time.....

I was about to go there until someone grabs my wrist.

"Don't get involved to it....", Sunoo said.

"They're assaulting the cashier....I have to do something....", I whisper yelled.

"Your life is more important, please don't go, they are armed", he said, tightens his grip on my wrist.

"I'm just going to have slow talk, I'm not going to fight, stay here and take my bag", I said gave him the bag.

I walk towards them.

"Sir...do you have any problems?", I softly asked.

"Go away young lady, don't get involve or you're dead....", he smirks and focused back on the cashier. She's is taking out all the money from the cashier. She looks terrified...

"Sir, I need you to calm down....", I said but they ignored.

I sighed and looked around. I saw a snack bar near me as I quickly takes it and threw it at one of them. They stopped their actions and look at me with a glare. I gulped.

"Aish! You're dead!", the guy with a bat came towards me and push me hard caused me to fall on the ground.

He raised the bat and was about to hit me until...

"Stop!"
