I went ahead and did it. Hopefully, this book can get a happy audience!

All seemed to be well in the mushroom kingdom. Mario and Luigi were with Daisy, helping her move some of her things around. Bowser and the Koopalings were on vacation. Wario and Waluigi were trying to think of more items they could sell at Warioware. Inc to get more money, and Peach was sitting on her throne.

Peach had encouraged Toad to go on a date with Toadette and had given him quite a bit of gold to use should he need it. Without much to do, Peach decided to explore her castle and maybe touch up some of the rooms. Peach was sure she knew every nook and cranny in the castle, so walking through the corridors wasn't that entertaining, and she had already fixed up the walls last week.

There was nothing to clean either. The castle was practically shining. Peach let out a sigh and leaned against the wall. However, she did not expect it to roll back as she landed on her back, revealing another part of the castle she had never seen before. Peach got up, dusted off her dress, and let out a cough. It was so dusty in here.

Due to the brick wall not returning to its original closed position, there was light allowing Peach to see the door that was in front of her. A metal plate on the door read 'room 777 laboratories'. There was also a very rusted lock. This room felt cold and abandoned compared to the rest of the castle. Peach was confused. She never knew there was a lab or a secret room in her castle.

Not only that but the number 777 sounded so familiar. Peach thought for a moment before snapping her fingers. 777 was the angel's number, if she wasn't mistaken. It was the angel number to show that you will receive guidance or are going the right way to achieve your success. 'This doesn't seem like the best way to reach guidance or success,' Peach thought to herself.

Never the less Peach's curiosity was eating her up inside. She grasped the lock, causing some rust to fall off and staining her white gloves. She pulled the top of the lock with all her strength and unlocked it. The lock fell to the floor with a loud clang. Peach stared at the lock, for she had not expected to break it successfully. Just how long had the door been here?

Peach shook her head and focused on the task at hand. She turned the knob and opened the door. The door opened, revealing nothing but darkness. Peach walked inside and felt the walls hoping to find a light switch. Her hand felt something, and she flicked it. Suddenly the room lit up in bright white light, and Peach covered her eyes with her hands, unprepared for how bright it was going to be.

When Peaches eyes had finally adjusted to the light, she removed her hands from her face and looked around. She wasn't sure what to think at first as she took in her surroundings. There were three test tubes to the left of the room, and they were a lot bigger than Peach. She would guess they were about 9 feet tall. A massive TV with a desk like a keyboard filled with buttons across the room that had multiple cracks, scratches, and hand marks. There was more equipment, but it all seemed to be thrown about and smashed. There were more doors, but all of them were blocked.

The room itself was and dark blue and had various stains. Peach was no stranger to dried blood, but some of the stains were solid black and looked like they were still wet. Peach reached out to touch it, but it was dry. Peach retracted her hand and looked at the room again again 'what happend here?' she thought to herself, heading deeper into the room. She went over to the three test tubes.

One of the test tubes was broken, and the glass edges had the dry black substance from before. The second test tube had clear water and metallic pipes coming from the top. There was pitch black, and impossible to see anything in the third one. Peach went over to the giant keyboard and started to press buttons hoping that something worked despite how damaged everything was.
